Quality Inn & Suites Lacey Olympia

My charity has chosen Quality Inn Lacey because they have excellent service and value. They have provided rooms for 15 clients with terrific care and service. All of Love Abounds here's guests at QI found it welcoming and comfortable and I love the prices.

Me and my 3 coworkers had stayed there for approximately four a month. Great place to stay and the staff were awesome with their hospitality and cleaning duties. I definitely will be going back there in the future. M. Dean

Not a nice place to stay. Dated coil spring mattress, mildew smell in the lobby and hallways, smoke detector had a plastic bag over it, smelled like cigar/pipe smoke. We were in a pinch and needed a room short notice. We booked through Expedia and they gouged us for $300 for the night. Highway robbery for a low quality room.

The hotel was clean and conveniently located. Breakfast was decent. Unfortunately we had wild folks in the next room and the room above till after 1pm. We tried numerous times to call the front desk and nobody picked up. When we mentioned it at checkout, the clerk shrugged her shoulders and said "OK."

My dad and I stayed here. He is handicapped. The handicapped accessible rooms are down stairs AND THERE IS NO ELEVATOR!!!! To get there you have to go around the building which is on a slight incline (very difficult for a person in a wheelchair) and enter from a door in the back. The handicapped parking is close by, but the access to the sidewalk that leads to the backdoor is too narrow for a wheelchair because it is partially blocked by one of the cement parking barrier for the designated handicapped spot. I really question whether this hotel is ADA compliant. If there were a fire or emergency egress for a disabled person would be very difficult.
