Motel 6 Kirkland WA North Kirkland

The office people were great. The room was clean. The parking lot was well lit. It was quiet. Not a lot of bells and whistles but that is why it is inexpensive. My sister and I felt very comfortable. It was close to a lot of things to do. We would stay there again.

My kids offer me up to stay at this motel for 5 nights (they paid for it to help me) and to do touring of Seattle as I have never been to Washington before. My kids moved here about 2 years ago. Anyways, the room looks simple and clean. I liked the stand up shower - more modern. There were a few downside issues: 1) no microwave - I can understand if this is to prevent fires but a hassle to go down to the office to use one but hard for me to do this during the night and I don't feel safe by myself as I don't know the area. I had to get some non-microwave foods to be able to take my medicine with food. 2) OLD mattress needs to be replaced. It was very lumpy on one side and I have medical issues with my back. I woke up with pain and I had to get up and walk around. 3) No shampoo provided either on the wall like most hotels or in a tiny bottle. Maybe if you mention online on website when booking the room, it could add a box to click on to add shampoo for a small fee if that would help. Also, add small bottle of hairspray as option. 4) At last, no blow dryer in the wall - is that the norm? When people travel, we cannot bring shampoo and hairsprays through the airport's securities. I packed light without the blow dryer to help with my anxieties through security. I had to borrow one from my daughter. At last it was an okay stay but with few problems.

Love love love this hotel the staff are wonderful. Kathy and kelsey are the best. The rooms are nice size and love that they are pet friendly. The cleaning ladies are also extremely nice and make sure that you have anything that you may need. I like the fact that it is near 405 to get anywhere you may need to get to

We choose this hotel because of free cruise parking. Motel staff friendly and helpful. Clean room. Surprisingly quiet despite close freeway location. Easy parking. Thankyou to the hotel for letting us park our car for our 8 day cruise.

The staff are very friendly and respectful. The rooms were recently renovated and very clean: however the bed seemed old (could feel the springs) Close to the hiway so if you like the window open you can hear traffic noise. It was extremely noisy in the evening with people playing music and fighting in the parking lot. Also parking is very limited. They do have a nice pool that is heated. In the room are just bars of soap no lotion, shampoo or anything else besides towels. No coffee in the room. Ok stay for a budget.
