Hampton Inn Kennewick at Southridge

I feel the Hampton Inn at Southridge is the finest hotel in Kennewick. Confirmation #92262357. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the breakfast is great. I highly recommend this hotel to business travelers and folks traveling with their families.

Best stay in a Hilton - Hampton product in a long time. Great location with some great nearby restaurants: Bob’s Burgers & Brew, Original Pancake House, Hellfire Pizza, & many others. Very well maintained & clean property. Pet friendly. Highly recommend! GM Mike should be recognized by corporate for such a nice property.

I recently had to travel across country with my cat and a large trailer, and I spent a lot of time trying to find places that were pet friendly, could accommodate a trailer, and were safe. Out of all of the hotels I stayed at on this trip, the Hampton Inn in Kennewick was the nicest. It's the only hotel I would go back to even without a pet or the trailer. So... they are pet friendly but the hotel doesn't seem like it's overrun with pets, like some of the other hotels. The corridors were carpeted and I was given a room at the end of the hall, which made it really quiet. This is important when you have a high stress cat. They let me park my truck and trailer under that portico thing right outside their front door, so it felt really safe to me. They had another spot in the back. FYI this hotel isn't really set up to accommodate trailers, so you might want to call ahead and be sure they have room if you have one. Also the employees here were super friendly. My room was large, spacious, and bright. It was very clean, without smelling like disinfectant (like some other pet friendly hotels). The bathroom was large and modern. This hotel is basically a mile off the highway, so you don't have any highway noise but it's super convenient on and off. It's a little hard to find the entrance to the parking lot. Also FYI they have a policy where you can't leave your pet alone in your room. That was fine with me, because I wasn't going anywhere, but you might want to be aware.

The hotel was clean quiet and comfortable. Taija at the front desk was so kind and helpful. The hot breakfast was plentiful and had many options. The pool area was maintained well. I would definitely stay here again!

Nice, new, basic hotel. We only stayed for a night while visiting family, but our room was nice and clean and the breakfast offered was good, although we had to wait a bit for items to be replenished when we got down there around 9am. We had the pool to ourselves the evening we were there, which was great! Beds were nice and we slept well - don't remember really hearing anyone in the rooms around us or even in the hallway and we were there Labor Day weekend.
