Best Western Plus Kennewick Inn

As always, an excellent, comfortable stay with efficient friendly customer service. Delicious full hot breakfast with a huge variety of options. The guestroom is spacious, clean, quiet with a very comfortable bed and pillows. Plenty of bathroom amenities available.

Great service, great breakfast with good selection. Clean, with an easy location to visit. Ample free parking. Close to good shopping and restaurants. We didn't use any fitness facilities as we'd just played 18 holes at Canyon Lakes golf course - which was in great condition.

I’ve stayed at many best Western hotels across the country. This location is amazing. Everyone was friendly, professional, and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. There is several good restaurants in the area, and… the best amenity… Drumroll please: the hot tub and pool are open 24/7! Recommend staying here if you Kennewick.

Amazing experience at this location. I have been to quite a few BW locations. This one always has a great staff. The location itself is really quiet and clean. I also want to emphasize Vivianne’s attentiveness she is lovely to communicate with, as well as very helpful, and always provides the information you ask or you need, very attentive to every detail, and is always checking in to make sure you have everything you need. Overall great experience and a great location.

This place far exceeded any expectations I had. Every one of the staff members I encountered were all awesome, they were cheerful and happy to help. The room was exceptionally clean, the AC worked awesome, the bed was comfy, loved the pillows. The small touches like having an extra blanket and pillow in the closet just in case, the breakfast, coffee and selection of sundries for sale up front, along with the over all neatness of the whole place really contributes to the wow factor. I would rate this top 5 if not top 3 of hotel stays I have ever had. Best Western y'all knocked it outta the park! Thank you for making my work travel experience something to look forward to in the future, this will be the only place I stay in Tri Cities.
