The state of this hotel goes beyond dingy into the straight-up unsafe. Outlets are worn out and plugs fall out of them. Bathroom ceiling was covered with mildew. All cracks and crevices in bathroom walls had mold in them. Walls were dented, scratched, and stained. Floors were torn and stained. Blankets and sheets were torn and stained. There were little beetles everywhere. This is my 3rd experience like this at 3 different Super 8s in the last couple years. Avoid.

I've stayed at hundreds of motels in this price range and this one is one of the top 5 worst ones ever. It has potential to be nice, but is clearly mismanaged in terms of staffing and maintenance. The ONLY bright spot was a few of the newer employees who went above and beyond. Specifics: 1. The advertised pool/spa has been closed for at least 2 months - honestly, this was a big draw to choosing this motel as an option, so that was extremely disappointing news after getting here. 2. The breakfast was one kind of cereal, 2 waffle makers, barely any syrup/butter (people literally screwed off the syrup pump to try to pour a little out), the juice machines didn't work, a few yogurts and apples. That was it for the whole place. Plus it opened late and never got restocked.in the hour we were there. 3. The bathroom was gross - rust and rot, grout broken out, the filthy air return/fan was barely hanging in on one side. 4. The beds were uncomfortable and there was a weird mystery splatter on the ceiling. 5. The wall outlets weren't tight enough to hold plugs in. 6. There was only 1 luggage cart for the entire motel, and it had flat tires on one side. 7. Our puppy found a huge hair tie (choking hazard) under one of the beds, so they clearly didn't clean under them. 8. The hallway smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. 9. An employee saw us(, 2 women and a puppy, struggling with the doors and sat on the couch watching, and then later that day saw 2 men struggling with the doors and immediately jumped up to help. 10. They made me sign a policy stating that I knew it was a pet-free facility and there would be a $250 fee if you brought a pet - which was a shocking thing to sign last minute when we reserved the room because it was a pet friendly room. They verbally said it was only a fee for people who don't declare pets and the fed was $20/pet per night. We'll see what happens when the credit card charge is finalized... I'm an extremely forgiving and patient person and wouldn't have said anything had the next not happened. 11. The reason for this trip was to socialize a 14-week old puppy at a dog show. Everything was going great. Then before bed after the first day's show, I took her out to potty. We tolerated the cigarette smoke throughout our end of the hall. As we got to the elevator I heard kids screaming. I was planning to mention it to staff at the counter. But when the door opened, 2 kids in underwear screamed at my puppy and chased her while roaring. She was absolutely terrified and literally barked more than she has barked her whole life. A staff member just starting her shift went and talked to the boys's mother who was doing laundry ( yes, it was their screaming I had heard traveling through the elevator shaft 3 floors up). But the staff that was already there knew about it and didn't do anything. Had they done their job, my precious, sweet puppy wouldn't have been traumatized. That was absolutely unforgivable. I have no idea what the lasting impact of this trauma will be. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

Nats everywhere. Filthy shower curtain. Charged $100 deposit just as a routine procedure. I swear the artificial creamer I put in my coffee from the lobby curdelled .

I stayed at your ferndale/ belingham location and it was a horrible experience. The staff is rude & violent. The front desk guy who also seems to be the owner came to my room and threatened physical assault and eviction when we called him rude...never ever recommend this brand. We only stayed here coz nothing else was available. They also overcharge above what they advertise in websites...please donot go there. For Wyndham Group - Please don't allow goons to run your franchises...they'll destroy your brand. I just checked online and i am not the first, there are so many compliants about safety and attitude of the horrible owner.

After booking room with third party found there was no hot water, and no breakfast that was advertised. after discussing with front desk it was agreed to have refund, when trying to get the refund from 3rd party they requested document from hotel. when i called back to get this sent to me they changed there mind and offered 50% which they said they already submitted but I did not receive. I asked if he was the owner/manager his reply was "maybe i am, maybe i am not". so I said the only choice i had was to sleep in my car to which he responded " maybe you should have". This was the ultimate of worst customer service, Thank God it was only one night! points card destroyed !!!!
