We are an "All-Suite" - "Extended Stay" Hotel with 70 guest rooms in Federal Way, Washington, located directly off I-5, Exit 143, and 320th Street. Seattle Tacoma (SEA) International Airport is a 15-minute drive to our All-Suites hotel. Conveniently located next to Kiewit and Pape, 1 mile from World Vision, and 2 miles from DaVita and St. Francis Hospital. King County Aquatic Center is a short 4-mile drive. Our pet-friendly hotel offers studios or one & two-bedroom suites with fully equipped kitchens, spacious work areas, and free wireless Internet. Enjoy a complimentary hot breakfast buffet each morning, and an evening social including appetizers and drinks Monday-Wednesday evenings. Enjoy our indoor heated pool, relax by the fire pit, or enjoy outdoor cooking on our patio grill. We also offer laundry facilities, complimentary storage lockers, a Fitness Center, and a 24-hour Business Center. Our flexible banquet space can accommodate up to 200 people for meetings, conferences, weddings, and more. Leisure guests appreciate the hotel's walking proximity to the Commons Mall and Local Restaurants (Black Angus, Red Robin, Mommaās Stortinis). Traveling for sports?
