Days Inn by Wyndham Ellensburg

Very comfortable king sized bed. Clean room. Friendly front desk staff. Minimal included breakfast. We stayed here while travelling from Arizona back to Canada. Good room rates. Small issue with dripping faucet, but I can’t fault them if they didn’t know about it we reported it on checkout so hopefully they repaired it.

Room was very clean and pleasant. The continental breakfast was nice with different choices. Check-in was easy on line or in person. The night was quiet and a very nice mattress. At the check-in desk, the people behind helping made sure we knew everything we needed to have a pleasant stay. They all were polite.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a hotel. I booked my reservation out a month in advance and called to tell them we would be a late check-in, AND confirmed everything the night before online. They cancelled our room the night of and rebooked the room immediately after. All of Ellensburg and Yakima were sold out of hotel rooms and I had to drive home at 2am (a 4 hour drive) while 8 months pregnant. They never even apologized. I have filed a formal complaint, and was told they would get back to me which they never did. I would never book here again.

DIRTY. Do not stay unless you have no other option. If you do check your bed for bugs and wear shoes on the carpet. Still feel like I need 5 more showers after staying here. The staff was not helpful at all with the cleanliness of the room. They also tried charging my card twice when I told them I was paying cash for the room.

Great service! They reply quick to messages when I needed anything. I’d recommend for anyone going for a quick stay or longer! I felt safe as a woman, which is really important. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Many outlets and mirrors! It was great
