Comfort Inn Ellensburg

Upon checking in we asked to adjust our reservation because our son was feeling sick. Was told we missed our adjustment window by an hour, but the general manager would let us know if something could be done. In the morning went downstairs and was told that the general manager wouldn’t honor our request. They currently have a part time manager on this property who only works one day a week. I sent a email to the general manager as it is the only way to get in touch with Kristie, no response yet. As a diamond member, would think this would have been handled in a better way. Extremely disappointed in the staff at the Comfort Inn Ellensburg

When we arrived there was a used towel hanging behind the bathroom door and all hand towels were missing. Beside this the room was clean, very spacious with a sofa, coffee table etc. Breakfast in a breakfast room with cereals, waffles, eggs and sausages. There was a separate coffee and tea section and snacks and yoghurt. Very pleasant !

Pros: Very friendly nice front desk staff. Great convenient location. Older but clean. Cons: Less than great bed. Bad breakfast experience. No plates. Hot food empty and waited 20 minutes after asking staff about breakfast and finally left.

The people working there were great just about every other aspect of our experience was not. This place has clearly seen better days. Not only is it old but not well kept. The bathroom had a leaking drain pipe dripping water on the floor, the room was not clean and even the coffee maker did not work because the replacement pot did not fit the model. I would not come back.

I stayed there with little kids- they got crumbs all over the floor. ok If I had my own vaccum then I would have vaccumed it up. I got charged $195 cleaning fee. They didn't give me an itemized list or anything called it trashed. We did ripe or hurt anything in the room! I urge you go to the Red Lion Inn they have a pool also are way nicer and practically next door!
