Holiday Inn Express Bothell an IHG Hotel

I just spent six nights at this hotel and I have to say it is one of the most comfortable and conveniet hotels I have ever stayed at for business. I have stayed at $1000 per night hotels down to $99. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the hotel is very clean and the beds are so comfortable I didn't even want to get out of bed. Thanks for the extremely comfortable stay!

We had a top floor room on the end. There was traffic noise from the road all night long that kept us awake. The room was large with small fridge & microwave & was plain but clean. The pool & hot tub were great although the hot tub was closed later for a pump issue. Breakfast was good but service was very slow & servers had difficulty with English. Servers take your order from a pre-set menu - no buffet. We had read other reviews about slow service so arrived when the kitchen opened at 6am but still didn’t get our food until 6:30am. Fortunately we weren’t late for our appt but it was inconvenient to have to get up earlier than needed. Hotel allows pets. Parking is free & spacious.

Lady in the front today rude lowkey good thing u hired a new front desk🤣 not sure if she slept on the wrong side of the bed. Lollllllll it’s not that deep all I asked was a question but okk good luck w the business ☠️………………………………,,..,,,,……………..

The hotel was very clean and the staff very helpful. Easy to park. I would stay here again. We had a dog and the fee was reasonable. Breakfast was typical for this hotel brand but again it was very clean. Easy access off of 405. A store and many restaurants close by.

I only stayed one night, but I got very little sleep. They put me on the ground floor next to the laundry room. Whoever was above me stomped around all night long; even with earplugs in I was woken up constantly all night. The ceilings in my room were really high, which may have added to the noise from above. The room layout is the weirdest I've ever seen with the tv in a non-viewable location. You're looking at stark white walls from bed. Breakfast was a joke and took forever; the bacon was the thinnest bacon I've ever seen. Part of the problem with the length of time was a large group of kids who were very demanding, so I can't totally blame the staff. Perhaps they put me in their worst room because I checked in 30 minutes early. I don't understand why hotels put you underneath someone else when the hotel isn't close to half full. I would be very reluctant to return here.
