Clean motel, great and polite service. Right across from McClards BBQ! Folks in office were awesome and have been in area for years. Only 5 minutes from downtown. Great hiking trails within driving distance too. We will definitely be back.

This motel is in an older more run down part of Hot Springs. Off the beaten path a bit. The rooms seemed like they were up dated a bit but still not a two star as we were told. More of a one star. The bed was good and all in all was not too bad. at 45 bucks what we paid it was about avg. for that kind of money. Some parts of Hot Springs are near the usual suspects who run down areas and this motel is close to them. Still was OK.

At first sight we were worried...neighborhood was little sketchy but we had no problems. The room was nice and very clean. Real nice tv and a uniquely interesting owner/front desk guy. We were pleased with everything.

Do not spend your money at all this hotel is so dirty! They didn't clean our bedroom and bathroom. And she was complaining like i am lying. Thanx God i took some pictures. She was so rude with us. I will never go back there.

Room clean, bed soft, fridge, microwave,table and chairs, coffee maker, wifi included. Friendly staff, lots of security cameras. Only drawback I have seen so far is close to main road with high traffic traveling fast.
