Four Points by Sheraton Bellingham Hotel & Conference Center

My daughter gives it three stars for the pool, one star for the big TV for a total of four. But I give it three total. The property has a good location but is more rundown than I expected. The room felt small. Our room was at the lowest level right at the entrance to the pool. Which was great in some ways, but we arrived at the time of a birthday pool party of a dozen or so pre-teen boys. It was extremely loud, for us and I'm sure most of the hotel. The pool area forms a huge echo chamber and all the floors are open to it. Luckily kids aren't allowed at the pool after 8 pm, so after that the noise levels were reasonable for the rest of the time we were there. The beds were comfortable, great pillows, and the window shade allowed it to get completely dark. The check-out time of 12 pm felt generous.

The staff here is excellent from the minute we stepped through the door every onyvis so friendly Jennifer neustedt on the phone we amazing Liam Alex great even the young man who cleans rooms so helpful so when we got in our room phone was not working they sent Shane to work and fix the phone incredible . We haul horses all over the west coast we will for sure stay here again and again

Great location that is close to the highway, parks, and the grocery store if you need any quick snacks. The staff was able to accommodate request very quickly and were accommodating for rewards program members. Nice fitness center as well that has some machines and a good selection of dumbbells.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room and hotel are dated and did not feel quality. A few issues with the room, dresser drawers missing knobs, air conditioners would stop producing cold air overnight, set to 70 and would wake up with the room temperature at 78. The room was humid throughout. The overall temperature of the hotel in the hallways was in the mid to high 70’s and humid since the pool is in the interior of the building with the rooms a square around them on all floors. The fixtures to hold the shower shower in our room were broth broke when we arrived in our room. We let management know and they sent maintenance up right away to fix one of them. The fix caused a new issue where the shower head was not sealed tightly so water was spraying into the rest of the bathroom.

Decent hotel but over priced so value becomes an issue. Drank our wine from paper coffee cups. Room was nice and clean but upon arrival there was used toilet paper in the toilet. Just feels more like a budget hotel but a decent budget hotel. Good location, easy parking, functional service and easy highway access. If I paid $100 my star total would be much higher.
