The heavenly bed is true to the name. The skybridge proximity to Bellevue Square Mall and the wide range of dining in the area is a true perk. The front desk staff is very accommodating and welcoming upon arrival and during my stay. I’d recommend this hotel to friends and family!

Excellent stay. From staff, to parking, to pool, to room, to the gym, to room service. Parking is easy to find off Bellevue Way. Parked on 5 near elevators. Check in was great and welcoming. Everything is walkable. Pool area was one of the cleanest next to top tier resorts. The room service was great for the value. Room was spotless and the Westin beds are always the best. The view is nice too. Room 1506. Only change would be more directional signage between the lobby and escalators UP to the skybridge to the mall.

Stayed for a girls trip. Was top notch customer service from every interaction we encountered. The front desk staff were very friendly and professional. The concierge service was impeccable. We had a big party with lots of bags. And yet he was still professional and extremely friendly when he delivered our bags to the room. We all said that the overall experience made an impact and we are looking to plan another trip.

My wife and I were celebrating her birthday with a quick 2 night stay. Sandy at the front desk made sure we got a room to suit my wife as she like upper floors. She also called back and asked if they could provide her with some chocolate dipped strawberry’s and champagne. I must say I have been a Bonvoy member for many years and we stay at Marriott brands at least 20-30 nights a year and this was one of the best experiences ever. With that being said we love have such a great hotel close by for some quick weekend trips. We will definitely be back.

Your morning breakfast team needs customer service training. They do not know how to greet guests and don’t know how to cater to families with children. If you work in the industry, you must be versatile, catering to all guests. JJ telling my wife there are only tables for two people and four people and walking away from my family shows the lack of respect from the Asian male morning attendant with think-framed glasses. On the other hand, Michelle said we could sit anywhere, but there was a sign displaying “wait to be seated.” The breakfast buffet was less than what you'd expect from Upper-upscale Marriott. The front desk team's service is excellent. There were lines at the desk, but only one attendant, Bradley, did an excellent job. The room itself is very modern and spacious; however, we found out that there is a mold inside the coffee brewer. We typically enjoy the coffee at the Marriott properties; however, we didn't get to enjoy this stay. Otherwise, the room was clean. It is always one department that lacks, and I believe Westin needs to educate their F&B team on customer service.
