Room was clean. The bathroom had a tub but the water did not drain well. I will give a second chance. The parking lot is open and seems the car next to me had the windows smashed in. It didnāt feel safe. I will only give it a second chance since the hotel us clean and staff were friendly.

We had a wonderful stay at this Residence Inn. This is our second stay there. The staff is all wonderful. We arrived very late in the middle of the night after our flight. Barbara at the front desk was absolutely amazing. She was so nice, kind, hospitable and just a treat to chat with after a long day of traveling (and this was at 1:30am!). Barbara is just a very nice person in general and took care of all of our needs and questions. We have family that live nearby so this is our hotel of choice when we visit family! The heated indoor pool was awesome because the kids loved it and was perfect for a winter visit. Thank you to Barbara and the Residence Inn Bellevue/Downtown for another enjoyable stay!

Good: Download the "Ride Circuit" app and you can get free transportation around Bellevue. The program is sponsored by Amazon, hotel taxes, and by other means. Caught a few rides from the hotel and other places along the program's route. Took 15 minutes of waiting each time for the driver to show up (absolutely no problem there for free transportation). Tips are encouraged for the drivers. Also, the room was nice and quiet. Bad: Checked out this morning and saw a vehicle in front of the lobby with "Residence Inn" bags taped to one where one of the car's windows used to be. My friend went to grab his truck while I waited with our stuff in front of the lobby. His rear, passenger side window was busted out as well. Front desk told us to call the non-emergency line. We didn't even bother. They did send someone out to vacuum up the broken glass and tape a trash bag to where his window used to be. My friend had parked in their parking garage within view from the front lobby giving a false sense of security. Was rather surprised as the area seemed to be pretty decent, although I know these things can happen anywhere. Other than hiring security for the garage I'm not sure what else the hotel could have done to prevent these busted out windows (there very well could have been more busted out windows in the garage for all I know). Just know that parking in their garage is no protection against car break-ins. Fortunately, didn't seem anything was taken from his vehicle, but it still resulted in over $450 to get fixed.

Residence inn š¤ I am giving a three star overall and one in service because the customer service sucks! 1. The room cleaning is once every other day. That does not include a full cleaning, just your bed and new towels. My dishes were left on the sink for four days until I did them, and not only one time, two times. I called the front desk and they were very breeze telling me that they donāt do them every other day. I have stayed in other Residences Inn that are not even this expensive and they do it daily if you requested. Besides, who care about your bed done when you have dirty dishes making the tiny room smell funky ? 2. My room card expired every other day and I went to tell the front desk about this issue since I was staying there for 15 days. Her answer was, āwell at least we got to know you betterā.Really ?? I came from work so tired to get to my room and the red light of my room comes out and have to go back to the front desk again ? What kind of customer or no customer service is this ? 3- The internet does not work very good specially on the lower rooms. Pick the upper floor. I stayed for 15 days and I always had issues with their WiFi. I had to used my personal spot. 4- Maintenance people will come randomly knocking on the door to check my fridge and something inside my room. 5 I asked if they had a scale at the front desk or something to weight the bags. The front desk said that she will call me back because they had one but she could not find it. After 30 minutes, I called back because they have not and she said that she could not find it and probably is at a customersā room. I asked her if they had a log to whom they borrowed it and her answer was ā unfortunately not. We donāt have anyā. For the third time I asked if she had another type of scale like a restroom scale in other rooms or anything. Finally, after I made her so many questions and got her considering, she said āthereās a scale in the gym if you would like to goā Finally an answer! 6 - I asked if they had a lost and found for something simple o lost. The front desk said they will call me back to contact the house keeping manager. They didnāt call me back. I called twice to check on that and the front desk said that the manager did not call back, which it meant that the manager didnāt find anything. Very tiny kitchen and not enough pans and containers. Containers do not have lids at all. I asked for the lids of the Pyrex and the front desk said that they do no have any ? š¤·š½āāļø. I think itās weird since all the Pyrex come with colorful lids
