Hampton Inn & Suites Bellevue Downtown Seattle

Place was amazing, staff was very friendly and helpful towards my family and very kind and respectful towards us, the pool was great but its a bit to chlorinated for my liking, but the rooms were amazing they were so clean and neat and slept comfortable the ac being kind of loud isn't a problem though, i really enjoyed being here the breakfast was great.

There's a lot to love about this hotel. It's ideally situated next to the highway, but far enough away to minimize traffic noise. There's a beautiful wetlands behind the hotel for those staying on that side. The Front desk staff member was polite and fast. The coffee station is well stocked and the coffee was hot at 5 PM. The room was immaculate. They sent me a text after check-in to make sure everything was fine, and my reply got an immediate reply. The digital key is very convenient. The parking lot is clean and well lit. Breakfast was great as usual. I'm knocking them down a star because two hours after check-in, a staff member knocked on the door, waking me from a nap, saying he thought the room was empty. When I told the front desk this, they said sorry but didn't offer any recompense.

Clean Rooms. Our stay was great, no problems and we highly recommend this hotel. There's a Dave and Buster's across the street and a Target just in case you need some essentials. Now I'm just typing because I need 200 characters to submit this review. My apologies

5 stars for totally meeting expectations. Two parents plus two tweens shared the space comfortably for a night. Clean, good beds, nice location, lowest parking fee of the Bellevue properties I compared. Friendly and competent front desk. In-room coffee plus downstairs all-hours real coffee. I like the digital key system. My kid points out the TV only offered live options (not streaming) and the breakfast wasn't "the best." However, as the person paying the bill, I say both were completely adequate. This was our first Hampton Inn and I'm encouraged to try this brand again in the future.

Worst place ever. People watching after hours have no idea what they are doing. The manager could care less about calling people when there is an issue but doesn't give people the authority to help their customers. Nickle and dime you for everything when they provide the worst service of any Hilton out there. Seriously find another place to go. Drive a little farther and get people who care about their customers.
