La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Kennewick

The stay was great! The whole time it was very quiet and relaxing. The service was wonderful. The only thing I didn’t like was the pills. They were too soft or flat. Could have had one more firmer. Other than that, I had a very good stay. The breakfast was also good.

My room was 3rd floor facing front. It was quiet. No road noise. Tiny hint of a TV on in next door room but nothing bad. My room was up to date. Felt new. Comfortable bed. Room was big, bathroom was tiny, which was no big deal as I was traveling alone. Great location. If you stay here without a car, you can walk to many places to eat plus a convenience store. Only two hangers in the closet, which is always my pet peeve, but I could have asked for more, I just didn't. Not a fancy place, but they just got almost everything right and the stay was so easy and comfortable. Lots of parking during my stay. Basic workout room was not bad either. Dave at check in desk was awesome!!

Hotel is adequate. Room was clean and breakfast was satisfactory. We have no real complaints except the pool was closed once again. We have been here three times, it makes a good stop on a long trip, and the pool has been closed two of those times.

Great location and room was nicer than anticipated! Roomy bathroom and nicer toiletries than expected …friendly staff and eggs and ham for breakfast….yay! Front desk friendly and efficient and we were able to check out via the cell phone, we will stay here again!

Dishonest staff and stay. Unsafe practices..beware! I checked in via a link I was sent directly through the hotel with my credit card. Once I arrived at the hotel, not only was I not checked in but they said that information doesn't go to them at all and it is a system problem. I expressed concern since I had given my credit card and license information and they explained they couldn't help me and I was stuck giving my information again. Then, at check in I asked for an hour late check out and was granted this. However, at 11am (regular check out time) they entered my room even though I had do not disturb sign out and I was in the shower. They then proceeded to call my cell phone to ask why I was still in the room. I had to go down to the front desk to explain I had one more hour and they said the communication is poor between night and day staff and they missed that. Total lack of safety and security. When I addressed this with corporate they offered to refund half of my stay and then ended up only giving me 1000 loyalty points in reality. They said it looked as if someone had refunded my whole stay (which wasn't true) I had paid with loyalty points and they looked at that as it was covered by them?!? This is how they reward loyalty and keep their customers safe. There has been no other communication follow up by corporate even after I requested a response. Beware of staying there! Your credit card isn't safe and they are not honest.
