Nice hotel, friendly staff, but we picked it and paid more for a hotel with Laundry. They have laundry, but it takes coins to run the machines and they recently became a cashless property. So they cannot make change AND they have no tokens (so you could charge it to the room). We had to go find a market and plead with them for change. Not the way we were planning to spend our evening. Will choose hotel chains that think things through before inconveniencing their patrons!

Large room, very clean, nice staff. Will stay again! Pool and hot breakfast fine, near athletic center of Shenandoah University which was perfect for our visit. Pleasantly surprised surprised that pets are allowed and we didn't have a dog smell in our room!!

Pleasantly surprised by how good this hotel was for the price. Right off 81, near gas stations and eateries. Clean and spacious. We stayed to break up a long travel and would use this hotel again. Small gym but clean. Indoor pool. Breakfast has typical choices.

Don't come this hotel because they keep your deposit they make lies on you so they can keep it 💯 so no I will never take my family to this place again that is rong in they no that they are lieing I am done with this place thank befor you go there because your not getting your deposit back they will make up lies on you have a nice day

The room was very clean and well-maintained. I love the stylish, cozy feel to the room and whole hotel. Great experience and great accommodations. Nice staff at check-in. I would stay here again and would recommend to family and friends, as they have a pool and gym, and free breakfast.
