Country Inn & Suites by Radisson Williamsburg East VA

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful! The service was excellent, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options to start the day right. The location was perfect—very close to Busch Gardens, which made it super convenient for our family trip. The kids had a blast, and we all enjoyed a very comfortable and pleasant stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service, a prime location, and a family-friendly atmosphere. We will definitely be returning!

I enjoyed my stay here at Country Inn and Suites. I arrived on a Saturday afternoon and was greeted to a friendly check-in. I wasn't sure what to expect but my room was very clean and comfortable. I slept so comfortably! In the morning I ate the scrambled eggs and enjoyed a couple hash browns. Thank you Country Inn and Suites Staff for a wonderful stay! I'll be back!

Please don’t stay! We had chips on our floor. The room hadn’t been dusted in weeks, towels had hair on them. The shower faucet was not backwards and the had people with dogs in the breakfast area, holding them around the food. Don’t know how this place is still in operation!

This hotel has new paint and updated furnishings, but beware it is very rundown. The first room we were given on the 4th floor had a puddle of water on the carpet in front of the AC unit, so we were given a new room on the 2nd floor. The new room smelled like sewage, the mini fridge never got cold, the sink was backed up, the toilet didn’t flush properly, and there were tiny ants on the floor. The beds were the most uncomfortable hotel beds I have ever slept on. My back hurt for 2 days after spending one night in this bed. We were supposed to stay at a different hotel but they were overbooked and sent us here instead. We were scheduled to stay 2 nights and the other hotel covered the cost, but we still left after the first night. We wouldn’t even stay here for FREE!

Checked in at 10-10:30 PM after traveling all day and night. Woke up at 6:00 AM to take drink of water and had hundreds of ants crawling all over the outside and inside of my Stanley cup and on other belongings all over the nightstand between beds. So grossed out from the amount of ants crawling all over the place I woke up my family and immediately checked out. I showed the cup with the ants still crawling all over it to the front desk for them to see and stressed my discomfort of not being able to go back to sleep after traveling all night and disappointment and said I needed to check out. I told him there is a Dryer sheet blowing in the AC vent used as an air freshener, extremely dirty shower curtain, couldn’t take a shower because water wouldn’t drain in tub. So much moisture in room that there were small puddles of water under everything. He apologized and let me wash my cup out in the kitchen sink. He went to refund me for the room but said he couldn’t give a refund right now, only his manager could because we booked the reservation through Expedia and only management could do that. Said he would let the manager know when they came in later that morning and we would be refunded. Never heard from management and never received a refund. Gave the hotel manager 7 days to reach out to me and never heard from. I also tried calling hotel but she is never there. I contacted Expedia about it and was told after multiple attempts that the hotel would not refund my money. I guess the hotel manager approves of their guests sleeping in filth with ants crawling all over you and your belongings during your stay.
