Holiday Inn Express And Suites Waynesboro East an IHG Hotel

Arrived at 0200 am to find out the rooms were booked for the next day. The manager, Marquette, was a huge help and was able to fix the issue with a great attitude. I would recommend a raise as she was worth every penny. recommend. Rooms were very nice as well.

Mrs. Marquita is very rude and made my stay uncomfortable and I don’t want to come back until she is gone .she made my stay that is usually comfy and restful …exhausting .she called us disgusting and harassed us all night and morning and offered no help when we encountered a issue another staff member Mrs.Emily apologized on her behalf and helped us and reassured us .

This was a typical nice clean Holiday Inn express. check in was easy and we were given a room i wanted. The clerk was pleasant. The bed was clean and comfortable. the bath was clean. there was a decent sized TV the hotel was reasonably quiet. breakfast was good. no complaints.

The hotel was conveniently located. We were greeted by friendly staff who were very accommodating. The suites were a nice size and clean. Breakfast had a nice variety and very tasty. Our experience was not unique as we witnessed every visitor graciously greeted by front desk personnel

The hotel just celebrated its 1st anniversary with a staff appreciation day and I got to say they are off to a great start. We stayed there Thursday night, continued on our way, and returned on Sunday night because it was that great. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was nice and immaculate. It was a very comfortable hotel and I am sure that we will be back.
