I warn you to be cautious with your personal items staff member entered our room without permission and stole money out of my daughter’s purse. Management stated if the cameras show staff went into the room he would determine that she did enter without permission. Cameras showed her in the room and he still laughed and made an excuse. My family has lost all integrity with this company. Manager called just to say she will follow up in 24hrs and that has not been done. I was also over charged. Worst experience ever! I should have went to Embassy or Moxy for a better experience.

This was a short get away to just rest and relax a few days away from work. From check in to check out the hotel staff made the stay so smooth. They provided valet parking and were quick to retrieve your car when requested. The rooms were clean and the free breakfast had a nice variety. I would return.

I loved my room! I had the king city view corner room and it was amazing! Super friendly staff, breakfast buffet was very well organized, good food, the bar food in the evening is fabulous! Get the pepperoni pizza, you won’t be disappointed! Everything was spot on, the room, food, staff, cleanliness, everything! We will be back!

Room had dirty underwear laying in the floor under the couch. Was double book, by an inexperienced desk clerk. Floors were never swept for the 4 days of our stay. The placery, food was sub par. Mac and cheese was cold and the pulled pork had lots of fat in eat. The hamburger was over cooked and the fries were cold. The hotel is overall nice, but some things need to be fixed.

Pros: Beautiful property, Great location for calm and tranquility. Cons: NO self parking available on the property you have to use their valet parking services we paid $11 per day, we only stayed 2 nights so not to bad $22 plus tax. Remember price can be higher on peak season (MAY- SEPTEMBER) from memorial weekend to labor day!
