Hilton Garden Inn Virginia Beach Town Center

Friendly and helpful administration. I usually come to visit every summer, I’m from Colorado originally and love to visit this hotel specifically for the prices and amenities that they have within the area. As a beach lover I visit here as well for the beautiful beach’s view.

John Ray was amazing. His service was great. Very attentive to me and my needs. He made my evening pleasant because he had such positive energy. The food he prepared also hit the spot. I do appreciate you all having an open kitchen because I really wanted to stay in.

This hotel was able to accommodate last minute reservations after having to leave another hotel due to its' conditions. Location is amazing, centrally located to shopping malls, eateries and adult/child themed arcade entertainment area. Everything from escape rooms, go-carts, bumper cars and rope bridges, arcades, bowling alley, and bars. Unfortunately the wait times for restaurants were substandard and would recommend reservations no matter the size of your party. The MVP goes to Ray, Chef at the properties on-site kitchen. He prepared meals for an entire family who were all completely satisfied. Go with the pull pork tacos and or sandwiches, Can't go wrong! Staff was accommodating and dog friendly. If I had any recommendations, it would be to the bar and breakfast service.

The breakfast was amazing. Ms. Stacey B, the food and beverage manager and her staff of cooks were great. The atmosphere was friendly everyone moved as if they loved their jobs, everyone I came into contact with spoke to me. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

Very good service, very clean rooms. Stayed for several days during snow storm. All other nearby businesses were closed due to state of emergency. The hotel kitchen stayed open and fed all of our crew. Absolutely fantastic service and professionalism!
