Country Inn & Suites by Radisson Virginia Beach VA

Stayed at beginning of March on the way to Myrtle Beach and Orlando. Hotel parking was under construction and 2 levels weren’t available for parking. There was water problems the night we stayed and it was shut off from 11 pm to 4 am while they worked on it. Even with all these distractions the stay was wonderful. Room was large. Clean. Pillows were comfy. Bed was nice. And we had a great view of the beach from our balcony. Staff was excellent and breakfast was good. Lots of channels on tv. Internet strong. Quiet. They are renovating the hotel and I am sure it will be even better. Highly recommended

We stayed here for an extended weekend during the 50th Neptune Festival. This is an older but well maintained property right on the beach boardwalk. The room was clean, bright and comfortable. The bathroom was clean & the towels were of good quality, clean and fresh. The breakfast was very good. It was better than many other stays I've experienced. Once parked, we didn't leave the entire weekend. We were able to walk to dinner. The only downside was that I felt the walkable dinner selection was limited. There's more to Virginia Beach than we were able to explore in one extended weekend. We hope to return soon.

We stayed here for 3 nights the view from room balcony was great looking out onto the beach the room it’s self was fine we had few issues toilet door would not close properly due to thick paint on it and on last day the toilet broke so could not flush did report it before we left for the day in hopes it would be fixed when we got back but was still broke when we returned so had to use toilet in the lobby four floors down also breakfast was included but very basic other then that we enjoyed our stay

Booked a room her for 3 nights recently. We did leave a day early due to personal reasons, but that had nothing to do with the hotel. Overall, we were pleased with our stay at Country Inn. The beachfront location was great with an amazing view from our balcony. I'm always a little leery of beachfront hotels due to the heavy use they receive in season, but the common areas seemed clean and well-maintained. Upon entering our room, we were pleasantly surprised. It was clean and in good condition. The bathroom looked clean and well-supplied with towels, soaps, shampoos, etc. They did not provide daily maid service, but did supply fresh towels and trash pick up every day. At night, it was pretty quiet and peaceful. The beds were a little on the firm side, but not bad. The breakfast was free and had a decent selection of hot and cold items including eggs, bacon, waffles, cereal, fruit, etc. Breakfast is only served until 9 am, so if you're a late sleeper, keep that in mind. We did not use the pool or exercise room but they appeared to be in good condition. As others have mentioned , the parking garage is a bit tight but if you're cautious and don't get in a hurry, you'll be fine. It may be difficult for large trucks and suv's. It is well lit and seemed clean and safe. All the staff members were courteous and friendly as well. All in all, we were happy with our stay here and would stay again in the future.

Really nice room. Had the 7th floor and the view was amazing. Clean room and halls smelled clean. Nice breakfast. Basic choice breakfast. Day after Labor Day was the best price. Plan to stay again. Do wish there was more counter space in the bathroom. Otherwise loved it.
