This has to be one of the cleanest hotels/long term stay apartments that I have stayed in. The location is great because it's tucked away, yet a simple 5-10 minute drive leads you to some great restaurants. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. Sydney, the manager and the front desk receptionist Tia were great and provided amazing customer service. The manager really set the tone for the complex. Will definitely stay here again.

We went to visit family in Portsmouth and stayed at stayApt Suites Suffolk. We arrived about 2am in the morning and the manager sent instructions to retrieve our room keys in a lockbox, especially for us, they have several lockboxes and only you have access to your specific box assigned to you, they made it easy for us to check in after hours. We also had to work remotely and there was plenty of space to do that I worked at the desk in the bedroom and my husband worked at the bar top in the kitchen. This place had everything you would need for a 2 day stay or a week stay. Everything was brand new full kitchen a living room with a large tv and a bedroom with a large tv. There is a courtyard in the middle of the apartments with a grill and sitting areas with a fire pit. Most of all it was quiet. The security features, you can't get inside the main level without your room key, which was great. There is also an app that allows you to register for a digital key as long as you have a reservation there. We will definitely be staying here when we come to visit family. If we go to different states, I'll be sure to find a stayApt suites location.
