I had a wonderful experience at the Hotel. The front desk associate Shireen was fantastic. Very helpful, made us feel comfortable and at home, assisted in providing us an outstanding customer service. She is the reason I will stay there in all my future stays. The breakfast was very nice. Thanks Shireen and staff for making my stay at Towne Place so comfortable.

Business man, wife and 60 lb dog.. Stayed over a month. Staff and service 100%. Everyone was professional, helpful and respectful. Access keys are tap and go, worked perfectly every time. Plenty of parking. Large grass areas for pets. Breakfast: You know what to expect. Everything they have is out every day of the week. Lots of pantry type items and hot food, Jimmy Dean sausageeggchz biscuits, eggs 3 ways, sausage patty, waffle maker. Juice machine is apple & orange. No coffee is available outside of breakfast, ends at 9 every day. 2 bedroom suite: Room 115: Seemed to be so recently renovated! Stunningly clean. Paint, furniture, appliances all seem brand new. The linens were in perfect condition, I never saw a stain or tear or fray. Large table for work and eating, 3 chairs. Fridge is adequate size, make your own ice with trays or the machine is in the lobby. Dishes for 4. Kitchen utensils lacking but everything is in usable condition. Housekeeping is abundant, the full clean every week takes an hour. Refresh is 2x in addition with changing towels, loading your dishwasher, vacuum and making beds. We did not have any hassle about extra blankets and towels, the supplies were provided every time. One bedroom is spacious, with a desk, one is cramped. Decent TVs are the same and in all rooms. Basic cable. Internet network is open. Carpet in bedrooms and living. Kitchen window is not shaded for privacy or light and does not open. Blackout curtains do the job in LR and bedrooms, those windows do open. (I was only in the main building) Elevator seems safe. Laundry 2 machine sets at $1.50, they had quarters when I needed. Fitness is tiny with 3 pieces, treadmill, standing elliptical and weights. No towels. No room for a yoga mat. Nowhere to sit except the weight bench. Smells like someone used to smoke in there. They did have paper cups stocked and a water dispenser. Right up against a VERY largeusy highway but I did not notice the noise inside and my room was on that end. The fence looked secure, I never saw any wanderers. There is a security vehicle driving around some nights. I felt safe and walked around the hotel strip area with the dog, there are good sidewalks. Lobby store items examples: soda $2.50, beer $6. There is absolutely nowhere to walk to, the closest gas station on the map has closed. No ATM, was unable to obtain more than $40 after going to 3 other hotels and being charged $6.50 fees.

Hotels outside does not do the inside justice. Completely renovated and modern. The staff and hotel were great. I do however think itās overpriced⦠especially for the area and itās surroundings. The hotels surrounding it are not at the same level but this hotel is double if not more of the other hotels.

I have stayed in this hotel before a couple years back. It was not the best experience for the price and Marriott namesake. Two years later, the part I stayed in was renovated which made it much nicer. However the main common areas were under construction. So somehow, renovations have seemingly taken over 2 years. Quick Pros and Cons Overview: -Washer stole a quarter. Front Desk staff refunded it to me without question. -Sleep: Can be noisy from road. -Maintenance: Needed to come in to fix HVAC, took about 12 minutes. I discovered an issue that required the entire unit to be fixed, so they said it would be, but after I left (which was a positive thing actually). However, though maintenance staff were super nice to me, they could have been more professional (arguing and cursing in the common areas). -Left Side Building and amenities were under construction. Right side building had been renovated reportedly 2 months prior. I could tell it seemed brand new. -Loud people in the hallway. -Wi-Fi was solid with about 25mbps upload and download. -Wi-Fi did often cut out over-night and require a reconnect. -Bed was comfortable but reportedly there are no King Sized beds. Mattress did need to be rotated but I never got around to it. -Curtains worked well to shut out light. -Kitchen / cooking items need to be reviewed. The pan was not great and the toaster immediately began smoking excessively the second I turned it on. (Room 325). I returned the toaster to the front desk after my week-long check out. -Shireen at the front desk is always kind. Was good to see the same face as two years ago. Definitely be clear about the side you are on when ordering delivery food.

We stayed in a newly remodeled room that was absolutely wonderful. It even smelled new. They are still remodeling the breakfast are so that was a bit of a challenge. Big thing is they still have a bath tub. Wife likes to soak after a long day.
