Service is everything! Or in this case nothing. The hotel GM refused to reach out to me despite me leaving my contact information at the front desk. The WIFI crashed in the middle of my business meeting that was with a critical client. They mentioned that since I was the only one to report an issue that there wasn't one. Well someone has to be the first one to report things, just like me reporting the lack of service from this GM.

When I checked out this morning, I was informed by the manager that “a situation has come up that means we can never rent to you again.” The situation? I have a colostomy bag, which I changed twice a day as normal and tossed the wrapped bags in the trash. I’ve had a colostomy for 12 years after surviving stage 3b rectal cancer. I travel A LOT for cancer advocacy events and for work. I have NEVER encountered this before, Ever. When I explained why there were bags in my trash, the manager looked at me like I was a unicorn. Never apologized. She wanted to forget she brought the subject up. Sounds to me like the staff at this Hilton property need training. Would you ban a woman who leaves period products in her trash? Or parents with a baby who changed a diaper? Or an adult with a diaper? I don’t think so! The manager doesn’t have to ban me. Neither I nor my company will do business here again.

Clean spacious rooms, decent breakfast, and super friendly and accommodating staff. The fridge and micro in the room with 2-go cups and dishes etc a bonus. We were there for a graduation at Quantico and they’ve thought of everything to accommodate family’s for this - to go packaging at breakfast, opening gym early etc -the only downfall is the location on busy rt 1 but that could be because we were there over July 4 weekend in traffic was heavy in general .

Located just off 95 which is nice-you can hear some highway noise but that's expected. Room itself was ok-walls were a bit dirty but beds were comfortable, great kitchen set up. Toilet wasn't flushing well toward later in the night--husband fixed it temporarily and reported it when we were leaving in the morning--reception staff seemed disinterested. We have stayed here a few other times and never welcomed as a Hilton Honors member. Breakfast was terrible-- very limited selection unless you want to make a waffle. Shower had no water pressure and shower gel needed to be refilled. Will probably look for another place next time we are in the area.
