NOT what you would expect from Marriott! The property has a really weird setup; the office is in its own building and the rooms are in buildings setup like apartment buildings. Was sketchy at night, hardly any property lighting. The room was dark, not very well lit at all. Only two pillows total, and they were nearly flat. Front desk did not have additional pillows and offered a blanket to fold up under my head. Linens and towels were that of Budget Inn quality. One tiny bar of soap at the sink that's made in China. This is absolutely NOT what I would expect from a Marriott Residence Inn. I was very much shocked that Marriott allows this place to use its name.

Run at all cost. This is not up to Marriott standards at all. Where do I begin, do I start with horrible customer service, or the ants in the room. Better yet horrible lighting, or the fact that I got sick from staying in this horrible room. The iron board was broke. The light over the stove never worked, the lighting in the room was extremely bad. Cobwebs and ants all over the place with nats flying left and right. One closet door that was loose it could have fallen on you. They left a sponge that looked like it was used to clean the toilet for you to wash dishes. This room was so bad that I got sick and still sick from the smell, the aroma whatever it is I am literally sick. I have been coughing and sneezing for 2 days going on 3. I the ice machine in the freezer never worked. 8 cubs for 2 days wow that's a lot especially for a heat wave. I won't even begin with the horrible customer service I received while trying to check in. That should have been a sign then. I have nothing positive about my stay here. Even the parking is horrible.

Rooms not clean. Random salt n pepper packets in closet. Ants on bedside table and other areas. Comforter had stains. Filter for AC was filthy. Asked for it to be replaced at it flared up allergies not done. Only 1 towel in bathroom when we asked for more we had to go down to get. This is not up to Marriott standards. Whomever, is contracted for landscaping needs to be fired. They left debris and blowings all over the place. Save your money and book else where.

In general, Residence Inns are pretty nice, but this one was not. The room was dark and gloomy and the lighting was harsh. The whole place was shabby in appearance, but clean. The refrigerator worked but the shelves were wet as if there was some sort of leak. The toilet flusher did not work (I jury-rigged a fix with a coat hanger). On the plus side--the bed was comfortable and the shower worked. And the place was very quiet.

This is the absolute worst Residence Inn we've ever experienced and we've stayed in numerous ones all over the U. S. Talk about a dreary dump. We chose this location because it was near to the facility where I was to have surgery early the next morning. The carpet was dirty, furniture old and beat up, microwave was dirty, even the door to the unit was beat up with scratches and dents. The property looked completely neglected like no one ever worked on the grounds, skimpy as they were. Was a depressing place to stay in a crappy ugly location.
