Trinity is an absolute gem to this property! Her attitude and ability to make guests feel welcome and invited is an absolute breath of fresh air in an industry where it is difficult to retain good talent. She is a true asset to the Moxy team!!!!

The hotel was a whole vibe!!!! Front desk staff were a whole vibe!! They were professional, knowledgeable and friendly! Very hospitable! I want to give a special thanks to Melo who went over and beyond to accommodate my daughter and I! Love him!

I was in town for a funeral and booked for two nights. When I arrived on the eighth floor, I felt like I was entering a prison. One tiny window, maybe 24 x 36, a lamp with an extension cord that ran to a pull on pull off chain and a noise coming from the air conditioning that was loud and obnoxious. I turned off the air conditioner- the noise continued. I called the front desk and complained and was told,“ all our rooms are the same.“ This is an embarrassment to Marriott brand. I’ve had better experiences at a Best Western in the desert. I walked over and paid top price to come to the Marriott and I’m glad I did. If you’re a traveler who’s used to having light in your room and a quiet one this is not the hotel for you.

Disgusting place! ¡qué asco de lugar! Shame on Marriott for having a horrible franchise like this one. Seriously, guys!!! 20 dollars for a tiny mini fridge? You are a joke! I know we are in 21st century but the front desk supervisor wearing a top showing her belly… it s too much!!! Im not requesting an uniform but such a great welcome when she shows her belly button saying: “thank you for being ambassador”. Tiny rooms, noisy, housekeepers slaming doors. This was one of my worst experience in any Marriott around the world. This place is a hole if noisy rats with a extremely noisy bar. And DONT copy and paste the message: “sorry for your experience, this is not our standard bla bla” You suck and you have not respect for guests and for everyone reading this review: please, you must avoid this hotel for your own sake!

You seldom go to the hotel bar and meet someone who treats you like you’ve been best friends for decades. Trinity made the start of my mini vacation *chefs kiss* not to mention SHE REMEMBERS EVERYONE’S NAME! Her and Dom are the jewels of this location. Go! And ask for them! You won’t be disappointed. Scouts honor.
