We stayed at this location for one night while on a family road trip and it was wonderful. The lobby was very spacious and clean. The front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. Our room was huge! Very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was pretty standard but filled us up. Parking was very convenient as well. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone needing a hotel in Richmond. Also I have to note that their elevator system (where you swipe your room key for and it assigns you an elevator) should be in every hotel!! I can imagine it keeps things running smoothly when the hotel is busy!

We were without hot water until our last day when it switched to just luke warm. Front desk said we needed to run the water for 15-20 minutes(!) to get hot water which didn't work. They also said that the City of Richmond lost water for 5 days a few months ago and that there plumbing has never been the same since. They can't pin point the problem. Some days, certain rooms are effected and other days different rooms are effected. The Hampton Inn which shares space in the building apparently does not have hot water problems. If you stay here, you are rolling the dice that your room will have hot water. Carpet was dirty and coming up in places, breakfast was fine- exactly what you'd expect for a free continental breakfast. Gym was small.

We stayed here with my daughter’s cheer team before their competition. The location of this hotel is awesome and we were able to walk to a nearby bar/restaurant for dinner and then drinks with friends. Our room was awesome and huge. We had a nearly 1 bedroom room with a separate living room and full kitchen. I only used the coffee maker but if I were staying longer this would have been great. Bed were comfy and luckily we had hot water in the morning. Some people were complaining about a lack of hot water in the evening but the next morning our room was good. Breakfast was pretty pitiful. No eggs, just sausage and potatoes. They had a waffle iron, apples, yogurt and cereal. Bread and English muffins but no bagels. I’ve definitely seen better and for over $300 for the night, this should have been.

Staff is unavailable and indifferent Things don’t work In the room and no one is available to answer to assist. Parking garage has direct access to rooms without security Feels a bit unsafe Downtown Richmond has a few good places but it’s largely deserted

This is a new establishment and very clean and well designed. the staff were helpful and friendly. We enjoyed a very comfortable night's sleep and used the little kitchen to make a quick breakfast with coffee. The Mexican place next door was a great place for dinner. I would recommend this as a great value and a comfortable night's sleep.
