Extended Stay America Suites North Chesterfield Arboretum

The hotel smells bad - like mildew The whole place needs a paint job. Halls are dark and dank. The shower curtain was moldy. Bathroom sink was dirty - someone else's hair in the basin. The towels were stained and they smelled bad. Dirt and spills on walls and molding. Will not stay there again, despite the good price.

My family and I always stay at the Extended Stay America hotel and our experience with Extended Stay is always good and enjoyable. Their staff is always welcoming and helpful. Rooms are in great shape and well clean all the time. I will definitely recommend this place.

Disgusting. Avoid at all costs. The room reeked of cigarette smoke. My room was located.next to an emergency exit that people were constantly coming in and out of causing the alarm to go off at all hours of the night for minutes at a time . The light switches were grimy and the bathroom was worse. The toilet seat was off the hinges. When I went to see someone at the front desk, no one could be found. Went to call the front desk and the phone didn’t work. The bed and pillows were the cheapest possible. AVOID

Hotel manager (Abe) called me on the way to check in to let me know the reservation was canceled due to being overbooked. He didn't give me any options or further explanation, and tried to shuffle me off the phone. The room had been booked for some time, so it isn't like I was a last-minute reservation. They then attempted to charge me for the room they canceled against my wishes. I saw many negative reviews of this property and will take heed next time I try to book a hotel.

We had a very warm welcome check in by the staff. We were given a very clean room. My family and I were there for family reunion and our stay throughout was very safe and comfortable. Staff made us feel like we are in home. I will highly recommended this location of Extended Stay hotel.
