Stephon, Brenton, and Taylor were beyond amazing! Very personable, hilarious and down to earth. 10 out of 10 experience. They were able to multitask with demanding customers during happy hour. They all made me feel like I was the only person at the bar. Definitely coming back!

Itās a great hotel with wonderful staff and atmosphere. The best attribute of the hotel is the front desk staff, Especially Savannah who served our party with class, style and grace. Iād highly recommend for meetings and conferences you wonāt be disappointed

The pictures are a lie. The room looks NOTHING like that. If youāre curious to stay at a hotel owned by Scrooge McDuck stay here. The hotel is DATED! Rooms are very dark and not up to date at all. The biggest complaint we had is with the AC. It was in the mid 80ās in Richmond this weekend and the coolest our AC setting would keep the room was a very balmy 74. Our son has a medical condition and overheats easily, especially at night. I explained that to the staff. Twice they assured me an āengineerā would come and fix our AC and twice no one showed up. Turns out they told multiple people on our group the same thing when they called to complain and no one came. Also, we had no shampoo or conditioner which is so cheap of them. They have these huge bottles bolted to the shower but keep them empty. I would NEVER stay here again and this place has turned me off from Hiltons. It seems like some cheap miser bought this hotel and is running it into the ground. There are 4 elevators but they only use 2. Get ready to spend tons of time waiting for them. If we werenāt staying as part of a convention I would have run out the door the minute we walked into our room.

l. I am writing to express my gratitude for the exceptional assistance provided by Ms. Annette Vidal. On Saturday, March 15, 2025, my wife and I reserved a room at your hotel to celebrate her birthday. During our stay, we thoroughly enjoyed the welcoming atmosphere and were able to carry out some of the plans we had prepared. Upon checking out the following day, I unfortunately left my AirPods in the room. It wasnāt until we returned home to Fairfax County, Northern Virginia, that I realized they were missing. I promptly called your hotelās front desk and spoke with a representative, who assured me they would check the room to locate the items. I later received a call informing me that the room had been cleaned, no AirPods were found, and I was advised to contact the Housekeeping Manager. The following day, I spoke with Ms. Annette, who informed me that the Housekeeping Manager was unavailable but assured me she would follow up to check if the AirPods had been recovered. After patiently waiting, I called again and was informed by a representative that my AirPods had indeed been located. Ms. Annette then contacted my wife and provided clear instructions on how to arrange for their return. On Friday, March 21, I followed these instructions and had the pleasure of speaking with Ms. Annette again. Her politeness, professionalism, and dedication to ensuring my items were returned exceeded all expectations. As a fellow member of the United States Marine Corps, I understand the importance of going above and beyond to assist others. Ms. Annetteās efforts demonstrated the highest level of customer service and left a lasting impression. This recent visit reminded my wife and I of our fondness for Richmond, where we often visited in previous years for sightseeing and events. We look forward to returning and personally thanking Ms. Annette for her kindness and professionalism. My normal āworkā hotel was booked and from the reviews this was a comparable hotel. Iām so happy that I booked it! Mrs Yvette and Mr Daryl were exceptional with the morning breakfast (one of the reasons for the 5/5 rating). I had issues with housekeeping, but the front desk that it resolved rather quickly. I could tell it was a bit older but had been upgraded. This may be my new āworkā hotel as the service was very good!
