The nicest staff I've encountered any where in years, particularly at the front desk (Lydia and Caroline in particular are special, but everyone is helpful). Good food as well. The steak was properly rare and tender, and I had an amazing red velvet/chocolate/macadamia nut cookie which is probably against the law in some states.

The hotel was great. Very friendly staff. Alex at the Valet Desk was just amazing. If you stay at this hotel and use their valet services, you have look for Alex and give him a high five! He took care of us our whole stay and even made the entire valet complementary for us. He was truly amazing.

We had a great experience from check-in to the room. Our meal and service in the restaurant were superb, as was our room service experience. James and the rest of the valet staff were on top of their game. Very courteous staff. Have stayed here before and will definitely stay again.

Very peaceful, the front counter lady I think her name was zahriya made things ten times easier she was very respectful and understanding. The room was amazing and so was the restaurant. The staff was very communicative and helpful. Loved everything about it.

Caroline at the front desk had the most beautiful spirit ever. She was very helpful and got us checked in even though we were there a little early. The gentlemen in valet were all outstanding too! They were very personable and attentive even though there were tons of cars there. I’m planning to make this place my choice the next time I visit
