This Hotel is not worth the money, shuttle to the cruise ship is not complimentary as it appears on the website. Shuttle service to the airport however is free. I purchased 2 rooms for a total of 6 people, and they would only shuttle 3 of us for our cruise. I purchased 1 cruise and park package which does not include breakfast and 1 room that had breakfast. The Problem is not what they charge or their policy it is that they cannot display their policies on their website, they leave it up to me to figure out and I am trying to get the best deal. The Staff was not accommodating, and I was forced to make other arrangements. Just be aware if you are going on a cruise. I would strongly recommend finding a different hotel.

Oh my...this is a difficult hotel to rate. I stayed for 2 nights in early November, and I had a King bed suite on the 5th Floor. Overall, I had a nice stay; however, you can tell this is a clearly old building that they recently remodeled. The problem is, they could have done much better and skipped over a lot of things. So, my room was pretty nice. As I said, it was recently remodeled. The suites are massive rooms, where if I wanted I could do acrobatics; however, the bathroom is teeny tiny. My complaints are minimal, but simple things that they should not have overlooked. There is a missing towel hook that they never finished installing on the back of the bathroom door. There are dispensers in the shower for conditioner and body wash, but no shampoo. Who doesn't include shampoo? All of the furniture in the room appears to be pretty much new; however, there is one super old coffee table that looks like it is 15 years old. The room door is very hard to open. There is a lack of anything hanging on the walls of the room. Also, the sink has virtually no water pressure. In the common areas, the tile that they use in the elevator landing areas on each floor is extremely dirty and needs to have a deep scrub with a machine done. It looks honestly quite embarrasing. So, all of those things could be so easily fixed, and I'm not sure why they don't fix them. The good things: The staff at the front desk was very friendly. The common areas in the lobby are very nice. The restaurant and restaurant staff were very nice. The hotel is close to the airport. Overall, it is a good value. So, you have the good and you have the not so good. I would say if you have airport business and it is just a night or two, I would stay here again.

Nice property. The shuttle driver that picked us up on Thursday 05/16 @midnight was extremely nice, super knowledgeable and an amazing personality. He gave us advices on what to do while we were in Norfolk and good recommendations on places to visit. On the other hand the gentleman that picked us up on Saturday 05/17 @12:50pm was EXTREMELY rude, we said hi to him multiple times and then tried to make conversation and he straight up told us to shut up. It was extremely disappointing and I had to let you guys know, JUST REMOVE BAD APPLES FROM YOUR TREE. Not going to take stars away just because of a bad employee, I’m sure you’ll on this immediately.

Property is very clean and neat. Very easy access to all Norfolk activities. Room was very clean and in good repair. Plenty of on site parking available. Restaurant in building. Staff were courteous, friendly and effective. Would definitely stay here again.

The guy at the front desk was fantastic! He was helpful, friendly and had the best attitude of anyone I’ve dealt with at a hotel desk. We only stayed there overnight before catching a flight but our experience at this hotel was actually better than our destination hotel that cost 4 times as much! And here, we got a free hot cookie and coffee, as opposed to our destination hotel where they wanted $6 for a cookie.
