Absolutely terrible customer service. The front seat girl needs to be fired. She has an attitude, was handing out with friends/boyfriend multiple times when I had come through. She is rude and lazy. Multiple times I had to come down to the desk because nobody would answer the phone. On top of that, the place looks run down. Poor maintenance and dirty. Would not stay here again.

Despite the outside appearance, the inside of this Hampton Inn is showing its age. The place felt musty and some of the furniture was quite worn. Some visible roof repairs (poorly done) and peeling wallpaper. I had two rooms and one had no shower gel, the other no shampoo - this facet of the "save the planet" is getting old quickly when housekeeping doesn't replenish the bottles on the walls. Several door handles (exterior and room) were tough to get to operate properly. The staff, however, was very good. The front desk and breakfast staff were particularly welcoming and happy to help with some of the issues like the soap.

This hotel was chosen as the host hotel for our annual family reunion! Tori and Edward were certainly standouts at the front desk! There was an unexpected power failure during our stay. The hotel team made the best of a tough situation! The team remained professional and ensured that everyone was as comfortable as possible. Positive stay overall

Room was not that clean. Lots of dust in the corners, soap dish in the bathroom needs cleaned. Headboard dirty. Needs a good thorough cleaning. Wall was pealing. Looks like housekeeping just maybe vacuums in the middle of floor. This place really needs cleaned right.

We traveled to a relative’s burial with an ill and disabled relative. There were 7 of us and we stayed in 2 adjoining rooms. Pros: Disabled room was larger and had kitchen.
