Econo Lodge Oyster Point

The place sucks! I reserved a king and received a full smoking. The room is a poor excuse even for the lowest of hotels. It looks dirty felt dirty and was not even worth what I did pay. It seems Indian owned and run down. Site boast about a continental breakfast but does not actually serve breakfast at all. I'm not happy whatsoever with this place and don't recommend it.

I had a great experience with the Key West Inn in Newport News. The staff are so friendly, helpful and accommodating! They were sympathetic to my needs and demonstrated genuine concern for my situation. My stay there was very pleasant and provided me with a second "home" while I was in the process of moving. Thank you, Key West Inn staff!! :) Erin

the pictures are misleading, the outside is disgusting with trash and cigarette butts everywhere. walls in room are stained with holes the place smells like mold. roach traps everywhere. unhealthy and unsafe building

The most run-down motel I've ever had the misfortune of staying in. The toilet was broken and didn't flush at all. The fridge was rusted from top to bottom, and there were burn holes in the bedspreads. It was just gross. I have no idea how they have more than 1 star. I'd give them zero if I could.

I turned the lights on and the room was covered with roaches,there were burn marks on both beds,the television was so small you can’t see it from the beds,the room was filthy,and I’m getting the run around with management about getting a refund . I drove around ALL NIGHT looking for a different hotel but EVERYONE was booked so then I spent the rest of my night driving around some more looking for bug spray and couldn’t find any! I couldn’t take my belongings into the room so As I sat on one of the nasty beds I dosed off for an “HOUR” Nap waiting for check out. The pictures attached are just a couple of the ones that I took to show management but I didn’t have to prove my accusations, which makes me believe that I’m not the only one that has complained about this.
