Hilton Garden Inn Manassas

Stayed here for thanksgiving. This hotel provided what I needed, a simple clean place to lay my head while in town visiting family. The hotel is new, so everything is clean and in working order. The room was spacious, I was in a one bedroom king on the top floor. The bed was comfortable and spacious. The bathroom was immaculate, very clean. Small grip about the TV, I wish it was mounted on a swivel. Very hard to watch TV if sitting at the chair at the desk. Parking for the most part was fine. It looks like the hotel shares a parking lot with the business next door. So if you are ever staying here during a weekday and the hotel is near or at capacity, you may have an issue with parking. There is an "underground" parking garage, but I was confused on if it was reserved parking of some sort, so I did not park in there. While the hotel itself is great, the area around is not. There were quite a few 'druggies' that roam the area. My uncle (who lives in the area) explained they usually stay at one of the hotels nearby. Upon arriving on check-in, I went down the road to Wawa and picked up some snacks and was approached and followed to my car by one of these individuals harassing me for money. On my way back to the hotel I noticed some of them hanging out in the median Sudley Road. I stopped by the nearby Wendy's and they were also in the parking lot, doing their business. With that being said, I would recommend making sure no valuables are left in your car when parking on the hotel property. To be honest, I probably would not stay at this location in the future, just because of this reason. While I understand a hotel cannot control what goes on around their property. The area the hotel is in, is just as important as the hotel itself.

This hotel had lovely rooms and the lobby was very nice too. Everything was very clean. We had a wonderful stay and the food we tried at the bar (we had flatbread) was good too, and we had low expectations for that! I would definitely stay there again when in the area!

I have been here many times. Loved the service in the Summer but now it’s terrible. Front desk was unprepared and still new looks like it. The rooms are alright. Always clean when serviced, but that’s the only good thing left with this place. Walls are VERY thin. Don't book on 2nd floor. The parties below can be heard very clearly. No security guard here. There's no 24/7 gym and coffee. I once tried to book for a group event and the sales lady didn’t seem like she knew much. go somewhere else and I suggest to call and do the same. This place has fallen. It’s a fairly new hotel, but the service has plummeted.

Had a wonderful and Pleasant stay at this location. Will definitely recommend this property to my colleagues. Easy access to highway and shopping area. Drawback - Hilton's Pet policy sucks as pets are allowed in any room in the hotel.

New Hilton Garden Inn that is very near Manassas National Battlefield park. It is between MNBP and HWY 66, which means that if you are coming from west of Manassas you avoid Greater DC area crazy traffic and the congested area of Manassas on the other side of 66. Hotel room and public areas of building were nice and in good condition. View out of one side of hotel is of a manmade pond. Service for breakfast buffet was very good - attentive waitress. There appeared to be some confusion with some patrons who expected breakfast to be free, which it never is at HGIs. I did have some issues with the heating system, not sure if it was user error but I set it for 74 as I was cold and wet when I entered the room and temp ranged from 64-74, with system heating than cooling the room - was only there one night so did not ask about it. Also, elevator, ice room both required keys to either get them to move or open. I had some issues with my key with both of them, though my hotel room door opened with no problems. I wasn't told elevator required key so had to dig it out of my pocket.
