Horrible service. Called to let them know we had mobility issues and were running a few minutes late to the shuttle. They said they would wait, The shuttle pulled away as we were pushing a wheelchair and waving for them to stop. Stay elsewhere

Outdated rooms, even the bathroom in the lobby needs help. We checked in on the app but also wanted a physical room key since some times we've had trouble with the app. Went to the front desk , got a physical key and asked about parking, the guy pointed to the QR code plackerd and said, scan this and you can pay the parking from there, it's $10 per day. Got off my flight back home to find the PDF bill of my stay. Guess what? They automatically add parking to your bill. Did the guy bother to tell me that? No. I called to straighten it out and was told: If you want to pay through the QR code app the front desk will give you a code so you don't get charged twice. The guy never said a word about a code. They did remove the charge but acted like I did something wrong. Last morning there - check out is 11 AM. At 9:30 AM Housekeeping was banging on our door asking when were leaving? Are you F'n kidding me? The weekend we were there the hotel was renting out parts of the parking lot for some festival. There is only one way in/out so they were impacting guest that had nothing to do with the festival. They had traffic control staff but they kept trying to turn us away until we finally said: "Were guest at the hotel, we have nothing to do with this event" Needless to say, we won't be staying at this property. We are Diamond level Hilton members so this was really disappointing.

The property is old and it shows. The pictures are misleading. There were groups of kids in the hotel - kids unsupervised, rude, loud and inconsiderate. Place looked very poorly with all the rubbish in various areas. Front desk offered to get things under control, however it should not have come to this at all. The bar staff is not very attentive.

This will be our third time staying here. We attended the annual III’B’s gala for raising money for this nonprofit organization that held in their ballroom. Easy parking and checkin. The rooms are very large but they are in need of a serious updating. I’m not sure if they have that on their plans or not. I’m sure if they did, the price would go way up. Overall, you get what you pay for and I’d stay again next year for sure.

We come here every year for a martial arts tournament, but we have stayed off-site in the past for reasons. Last year, the rest of the team stayed here and had a blast in the pool so we committed to staying this year…specifically for the pool. We arrived: 3 days post-snow and the parking lot is a wreck. That should’ve been the first sign that the level of care anticipated with a Hilton brand was not to be had. Room was ok other than a stained pillowcase (ick) and the heater rattles like an old diesel engine. Biggest disappointment was that they renovated areas and REMOVED THE POOL without telling us when we booked. So, here we are with kids bored out of their minds since they came prepared to swim and burn off some energy. There’s really nothing else to do here. When I mentioned my concerns to the front desk, they weren’t concerned. They even laughed about how they’ve had trouble taking off the pool as a listed amenity. The pool was removed in September. šŸ¤¦šŸ»ā€ā™€ļø A little customer service goes a long way, but keep your expectations low here.
