Candlewood Suites Herndon an IHG Hotel

We're from WV but my husband works in Va for dominion energy and we have been in this hotel for going on 2 years now and it has been a great experience. The front desk staff are lovely and they take great care of the hotel, we would highly recommend this hotel! 2

Long term stay for a couple of months ... one of the best accomodation ... clean, comfortable and well designed for extended stays. Staff was excellent ... especially the Assist Mgr. Faisal. Highly, highly recommend this establishment ... a class above most!

The room is clean, bed, matrix and pillows are very comfortable, everything is on place in the little kitchen. No complaints at all, bathroom have all what we need , and good pressure on the tab The cleaning people does a very good job keeping the rooms and hotel clean .

The hotel is very well located. Right next to Dulles Airport. It depends on each one needs, of course. My stay was absolutely great. Be aware there's no breakfast since all the rooms have a full kitchen, so you can brew your coffee, toast your bread, etc. Most of the employees are nice and kind. But I do want to thank specially to Faisal Sakhi, who was always attentive to every single details and needs I asked help with. He doesn't hesitated when it comes to help. Same with Tito, the person who does the maintenance job in the morning shift. He solved 3 different things that I was asking since the 1st day I arrived, and unfortunately the other maintenance guy didn't take care of them. Also would like to recognize some of the front desk persons, like Cindy, Stephanie, and all the housekeeping team The rooms are comfortable and the hotel super quiet. They offer free laundry, a gym and a business little office that you can use anytime. They don't charge you for printing. To me that was helpful too.

PROs- good location , good service , clean rooms CONs- they didn’t have the room I booked ! Came to Herndon and I booked through Expedia . I specifically wanted a kitchenette and 2 beds . Slightly expensive but I went ahead and booked it . The location was good and parking lot was big and was good . Room was near and clean . Bathrooms were ok .. When I went to check in , I was told that they didn’t have the room I booked . I was initially upset but then they gave me 2 rooms next. To each other with 1 bed in each room ! The guy in front desk was helpful even though I didn’t get what I booked . No complimentary breakfast .. not much of amenities . It was an average experience . 3 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️
