Super 8 by Wyndham Harrisonburg

This place advertises that they have queen-sized beds. This is a fraud, they are full-sized. I am 6 foot 4, my feet hung off the bed, they do not do that in a queen bed. The breakfast Is a joke. They served sweet rolls, raisin bran, milk, and juice, with no protein whatsoever.

We were told we had to put $100 cash deposit on a debit card room charge. I was given a receipt. Check out time a very UGLY MAN SCARY came running Dow the stairs accusing me of smoking cannabis in the room. I told him it WAS NOT US AND HE TOOK MY RECEIPT AND TOLD US HE WANT US GONE. They have done this to other people. We did not get our cash back after 3 hours of dealing with these people. The motel is crawling with bugs. They need to be shut down. If anyone else has had same problem please Let’s stop them. Call headquarters and complain. It was a set up to take our money. They are scamming people!!!!!! Look at all the roaches in my dogs bowl from being on their floor, NASTY NOT FIT FOR DOGS OR ANYONE

We were passing through the area and booked via booking.com. When we arrived we were refused service from the person at the front desk due to their cannabis policy. Apparently we smelled like cannabis. My wife and I are both medical patients and cannabis is legal for adult use in the state of Virginia. Nowhere in the initial booking was this policy advised. Upon check in she said there was no smoking at the motel, which we said was no problem at all, we were not planning on smoking at the hotel or in the parking lot or anywhere on the property. She told my wife to step outside and request a refund, so we did. Unfortunate, after a long day of driving to be met with not only an unfair accusation with no previous warning of said policy whatsoever, but also having to find another place to stay last minute. Ended up at a much nicer hotel, thank god because that place looks like a pay by the hour ****hole. Booking.com was extremely helpful and offered to refund the difference. I support their right to deny us service, but it would have been better service to advise before we arrived. On top of that she was rude, extremely unhelpful, and discriminatory. Kinda crazy they have smoking rooms available for cigarettes, but denied us for using medication long before arriving to her property. Yes, we do smell like weed 99% of the time, it's also what we do for work lady. Would never stay here and would recommend you don't either. There are so many more options, no wonder this place was only $50. If the room match the service they are probably not event worth that.

All perfect The people who works there are great and I had a great experience I will choose u guys again for my next trip I remember the sweet breakfast, it was very good And they always help u with food recommendation or whatever u need

The room I stayed in was cozy and comfortable. Although it was not the most spacious, it had all the necessary amenities to make my stay enjoyable. The bed was comfortable, with clean and fresh linens that provided a restful sleep. The room was well-maintained and clean, which is always a top priority for me. The motel staff was friendly and accommodating. They ensured that all my needs were met and promptly addressed any concerns or requests I had during my stay. Their professionalism and willingness to assist made me feel welcome and valued as a guest.
