Roaches. If you go, expect roaches. Otherwise, I love the comradery the guests seem to have with each other. And everyone is friendly. But most of all, the desk clerk went above and beyond for me. She's a keeper. Do not let her go, Tom Bodett. She is the only reason this hotel is not getting a zero.

regular hotel low price nice staff the place is east to find its aloows pets has washers and dryers food machines. allot of availible parking plenty of towels and sheets you can drive anywhere from here the interstate is one block away and there are stores everywhere

The staff is always friendly. Our room is always clean. Rachael is very friendly always has a smile. I like the fact that they are pet friendly. The little store next door is convenient. Chris the maintenance person is always pleasant. The hotel is kid friendly. We always look forward to visiting the area.

The staff is very friendly and will always help if you ask, the rooms have 2 electric stoves, sink and fridge, beds are comfortable, rooms clean. Not much more you can ask for, if you ever need it they have extra toilet paper. If you stay fir long they will exchange your sheets a pillow cases, they have washing machines in the hotel at the back of the lobby that are very convenient

First of all, the Studio 6-Hampton, VA - Langley AFB Area, is the most TERRIBLE motel, my wife and I have ever stayed at! The staff is unprofessional and ghetto as I don't know what! You can't tell who is staff and who are guests (they don't wear uniforms- they wear street clothes)... Lol🤣 They don't provide receipts unless you ask for them! So make sure you ask because they were offer one. The main halls smell like weed and wet dog! And the carpets in the halls are black and brown (just filthy)!🤮 We planned our stay a month out to stay during Thanksgiving, 2023. And our room wasn't even ready (the bed had no top cover on it and the bathtub was dirty (hair all in it)!🤮 This place was so deplorable, we didn't stay. We booked a stay across the street at the Comfort Inn. OMG, that was a comfortable stay. It was just one night but it was a very comfortable night for us. Amazing staff, and accommodations (the breakfast was also excellent). Just spend the little extra and get a pampering stay at the Comfort Inn Hampton. Also he Studio 6 offered to provide us a refund but they didn't.🤬 We were so discussed with this place we left without our refund receipt and of course the African American female behind the counter that night didn't offer a refund receipt or provide a check out form! So this motel took $78 from us for nothing!💸🤬 This place was such an unpleasant experience! We certainly will not be back!🤬
