Extended Stay America Premier Suites Fredericksburg

I stayed at an extended stay in Maryland for a month the manger up and walk off the job my 3rd week in so i stayed at a number of hotels and my last and the final stop was here at the extended stay here in Fredericksburg, VA and the manger here was just wonderful from the first I met Diamond Covington her and the staff that was on the evening shift was just like family but Diamond is a very special employee of the extended stay in Fredericksburg i thought she was a supervisor and i asked her and she said no to me but i think she is a wonderful person and has great customer service that i think is manger material for your company.

One of the best nights sleep I have had in a bed not at my home in years. The room was well appointed. Bed was very comfy as was the reclined chair. Bathroom was also well done. The free breakfast was just enough. Great location just off 95 and very convenient to downtown or the ballpark.

The service here is top notch they are willing to help in every way possible with a smile everytime the rooms are great come with a kitchen. I would definitely recommend this to everyone plus it's super cheap

I enjoyed my stay at Extended Stay America at 1065 Hospitality Lane, Fredericksburg VA 22401. First, the area is nice, and the Hotel is brand new. There are enough parking spaces. When I walk into the building the lobby is clean and modern. The room is wonderful, ultra-clean, and modern. The kitchen had all new appliances. The staff is friendly and professional. I'm pleased with my stay and will use this Extended Stay America whenever in the area. GRW

I was very impressed with this establishment. Room rated were great. The staff was excellent!! Greg and Shontia were great. They went above and beyond. Very professional, knowledgeable, and they provided great customer service skills. Greg made sure we were satisfied from the time if booking, to the time of our stay. We had several rooms reserved for our family gathering, and Greg assisted everyone that reserved a room. He was very patient and accomodating. He made sure we were comfortable and completely satisfied. John was excellent also. He was so nice and patient. I could tell he takes pride in his work. The staff was consistently warm and welcoming. If we needed anything, Shontia was more than willing to accommodate. The rooms were so clean and comfortable. All 23 of us were extremely satisfied overall. We decided to have our event annually in Fredericksburg, and stay at this location every time. I haven't experienced service like this (other than Sandals) in years. My mother has not gotten a straight night's sleep in a couple of years - that is until this reservation. She was so comfortable and relaxed. Greg made sure there was a handicap room and amenities for her. She wants to come back just for the relaxation. They made our stay so wonderful!
