We didnāt expect the wonderful experience we had here. A warm, humorous and knowledgeable woman, Latricia, greeted us and immediately made us feel at home. We had a small senior dog with us and he was welcomed too! Latricia suggested dining choices and got the tv working. Her kindness put a rosy glow on our stay. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast menu looked good. It was very convenient to IS 81. But Latricia made it exceptional!

There are many options to choose from on a trip from Nashville to NY but halfway, at Roanoke, we selected this hotel and were very pleased. The room was conveniently located, clean, and comfy. Just off I-81 easy to get to but amazingly quiet. The bonus is the tasty diner nearby. As described in other reviews, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The drive is getting tedious but if we do it again, we would definitely return to this hotel

Great hotel and very clean! I would recommend this hotel to any family traveling. The clerk was nice and the room was clean and cozy! Not sure why I have to leave 200 characters that is a bit annoying but the hotel was good that is all I have to say !!!

Latricia at the front desk was incredibly patient informant and helpful,we were at a total of four couples and we all enjoyed our stay very much,the breakfast was a nice bonus as well will recommend for future stays and stops for a pit stop on the road.

Clean and staff is very friendly. The bed is like sleeping on a rock. The mattress need to be replaced. The free breakfast was very good and the area was clean. There is a nice cafe in the parking lot. We were there for 2 nights. I could not have stayed a 3rd night because of the uncomfortable bed.
