Delta Hotels by Marriott Chesapeake Norfolk

I just want to give a big shoutout to Tyler at the Delta Hotels by Marriott in Chesapeake/Norfolk. We had a bit of confusion about how breakfast worked at the hotel, and Tyler stepped in and completely turned things around. He was incredibly helpful and insightful, walking us through our options and making sure we understood everything clearly. Thanks to him, we were able to enjoy breakfast and make the most of our stay. You can really tell he cares about guests having a great experience, and his professionalism and positive attitude made a lasting impression. Thanks again, Tyler—you made our stay that much better!

Tyler helped me out with any, and all my questions. I would recommend him and the hotel to anyone. He accommodated the team, and gave out helpful recommendations of things to do in the area as well. I would highly recommend Tyler and the delta hotels to anyone. Thank you.

I was greatly impressed with the front desk staff upon checking in on March 12, 2025. One staff member, Tyler stood out for his professionalism and courteous attitude. We were checking into the hotel for a conference so things were hectic already but in addition there was an activity going on which was slowing down the normal process. There were other guests who were somewhat agitated but Tyler maintained his composure and continued helping each guest with the checkin process. He and I had a brief conversation when it came for my time to check-in. He was extremely attentive and positive during the conversation. I hope other hotels in the Delta/Marriott chain have people such as Tyler. I also hope Tyler is given every possible opportunity to advance in his career.

My stay was amazing. The young man at the front desk named Tyler was very courteous, helpful and extremely manorable. I thank you for having a wonderful person at this hotel. I will only stay at this hotel. Also Jaquan was another person that was very helpful.

Tyler at the front desk went out of his way to make sure the things I left in my room during my stay was safe and easily available for me to find when I returned. I appreciate him taking his time away from his normal duties to go verify that the items that were left were all together for me.
