Graduate by Hilton Charlottesville

A great location, but has seen better days, and definitely some service issues. When we checked in, we were given keys to a room that had not been made up, and had to haul our luggage back downstairs. The guy at the desk was very nice and very apologetic, but that was a total unacceptable mistake. Also, the car valet was understaffed and we could not get anyone to pick up the phone when we called zero the desk never answered despite multiple tries at different times during our stay the room was a bit shabby, and there was a weird little blood stain on the corner of the comforter! AC was very loud and coffee is not free in the morning. Don’t recommend!

We came for a show at John Paul Jones arena, which is close by. Comfortable hotel, walking distance to everything and Chip was super friendly and helpful - offering suggestions of what to see/do and assisting us with parking. I would definitely stay here again.

The experience is a bit shy of the price point. Our room was old looking. There was drywall level dust and grit on the chair rail in the bathroom. The staff was much better than the physical property. Xçx ccxccccccccccxxxxxxcccxcxxxxxccccxcccccxcccccccccccccccxccccccc

Everyone was very kind and just overall had a great experience and for sure would love to come back for college here. service on the rooftop was lacking. Chip and the evening valet gentleman were both friendly. The location was great very close to everything

We were excited to try this hotel, as we’ve heard a lot about the Graduate chain. Unfortunately, it’s mostly fluff—the bedding was uncomfortable, the restaurant food was average at best, the fitness center was so small that four people made it feel like an overstuffed phone booth, and the cafe person was rude to my wife in the morning. Ultimately, it did not deliver the boutique hotel experience for the boutique hotel price.
