Beatriz in the breakfast restaurant gave us the best service weāve had in a long time. Prompt and courteous, very focused on getting us anything we needed. She refilled our water bottles for us, got coffee to go, and orange juice refills. Thanks for doing such a great job.

I came back after a long day to my hotel room just to see the room was left unmade and I had no towels. When I went to the reception to complain I was told nothing could be done until the next day except give me towels. I also later found out I was not the only room unmade, there were many others.

Stayed here 2 nights with a school group. Unfortunately, housekeeping decided to help themselves to a pair of gold earrings I didnāt put in the safe. Over 40 years of US travel and never put jewelry in the safe (only when staying in another country). Lesson learned for me. Be warned; use the safe or the Do Not Disturb tag. ā¹ļø

Its a bit of walk from Pentagon Mall Metrorail station, but the M16 bus runs frequently, and the hotel shuttle bus is also convenient. If you stay on the higher floors on the DC side, you can see the beautiful city of DC beyond the Air Force Memorial. The air conditioner works well but it's noisy. A table with adjustable height is convenient. I think it have been perfect if they have laundry facility for guest.
