The room was clean, the staff was great and the “continental” breakfast is way more than that. The two ladies made the same kinda spread the two separate times we’ve stayed and those two ladies need to be more appreciated by the company… given a raise or something. It’s their job, yes, but they try harder and care more than necessary. The breakfast was delicious and comes with the stay. The problem we had is that we could not sleep. From 6pm to about 9:30 pm someone was blasting the tv or music, making lots of noise. Then from midnight to 4 am someone was yelling, laughing, stomping, banging something metal, and slamming doors. We think it was a floor under us but it was miserable. I understand the hotel can’t control inconsiderate guests. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars. I’d go back for that breakfast

We stayed here during the fall foliage weeks. The room rate of $536 was outrageous for the quality of room. Even more so, considering there was no maid service to be had during our stay. We mentioned this to the front desk. He gave us more coffee and cups and sent a man to our room with fresh towels. It took him three more trips to empty our trash and collect our wet towels. Pros Quiet room (except for one night when the wind picked up and the screen rattled against the window glass all night) Ceiling fan over the bed Full-size fridge, dishwasher, microwave and range in the kitchen Apples, apple cider and apple cider donuts served in the lobby on the 4th night Good coffee at breakfast Free parking Cons Greatly inflated room rates during fall foliage weeks No maid service No bathroom fan Mildew in the shower Oily hand prints and drips on the bathroom wallpaper Bad color on the low-res flat screen TV (also weird reversed controls on the TV remote - the ON button turned the TV off and the OFF button turned it on) Dirty carpet in the hallways and in the larger of the two elevators Expensive Internet service

Good location. Close to a mall, Target, and Trader Joe’s. Also close to highway so downtown Burlington was just a few minutes away. High speed EV charger in parking lot. You have to pay separately for it but charger worked well and was extremely popular. Room was clean. Gym was very adequate. Breakfast room was large and spacious and very nice.

We came for one night to watch the eclipse the next day. Clean, very nice room (exactly what we needed), comfortable bed and pillows, great breakfast, extremely nice personnel. It is right off the highway so very convenient for arrival/departure, easy drive into downtown area. Can walk but a bit busy and uninviting to do that.

This is truly a top-notch property! I was there 3 nights in order to see the eclipse. The property is immaculate and attractive. The room was efficient- I was in a Studio suite. Well thought out and ample space for one or two people. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in! Breakfast is wonderful- hot items like eggs and waffles. Fresh fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, etc. But what clearly sets this place apart is the staff. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and courteous. Special kudos to Kevin and Noah, and the general manager (I believe his name was John). Very happy with my experience!
