Great hotel, it’s a large property. Decor is nice, large pool and the shuttle was great. The shuttle took us to church street which was great. The girls at the desk were very helpful and nice. The kids loved the cookies. I will be looking forward to going back again.

We have been here several times and have always had fantastic service. They have allergy friendly cookies which is a bonus for my gluten free daughter. We had to stay during a nasty snow storm today and the Tavern was extremely busy due to the weather. Karen was efficient and kind despite the tavern being at FULL capacity (not a seat available in the whole place from 5-8:30). Beautiful pool and clean rooms.

We stayed in this hotel when we were visiting some friends in Burlington. This hotel had the smallest room we have ever stayed in. They could not even fit a night table next to the bed. Otherwise it was okay. The lobby was nice and they had a good breakfast.

Very nice place to stay when in Burlington. It's right near the highway so it's good for anyone on the road. It's a 30 minute walk from the historic downtown but you can easily drive there. They warn you that there may be construction noise from 7am because they are building a new wing. We were placed in a room at far end of the hotel as far as possible from the construction. There was no construction during the holidays but I think we would have been okay. The room was clean and newly renovated. The bed extremely comfortable. You just sink in the mattress but yet it is supportive. I love the layout of the hotel. Right off the lobby, there a vast area with seating, the pool, the restaurant and breakfast dining area that I totally enjoyed walking through to get to the room. The whole area is decorated with all sorts of plants and a waterfall fountain that gives an indoor garden vibe. I noticed a lot of chairs and tables around the pool area. Good for parents keeping an eye on swimming children. Our room window was actually on that area, not outdoors. Very interesting. Unfortunately breakfast is not included in the room price. You have the choice of continental buffet, hot buffet or sit down service. Prices are reasonable for the sit down service. Very kind waitress. We had dinner at the Tavern restaurant the night before. Good food, good cocktail, nice restaurant, a bit pricey though. Oh and they offer you a complimentary warm chocolate chip cookie when you check in. Lovely gesture. The only little issue is that the glass doors of the shower (no tub) look very cool but do not contain the water. The floor very wet after each shower. You literally have to mop it with the towel carpet. The hotel is pet friendly.

Very surprising for a double tree. I try to stay at Hilton properties as much as I can and have always viewed the double tree as the budget friendly version where the properties are in need of sone attention but this one is a very nice property , good resteraunt and excellent friendly staff. I was worried as I had reservation issues, but all worked out. Only thing I would improve is there were some hairs on the toilet which is kind of gross.
