Robert Frost Mountain Cabins

A unique romantic get-away amongst the beautiful Vermont woods. Absolutely lovely well constructed and charming simulated log cabin with modern amenities. AND, the social building is amazingly stocked with AA and AAA batteries, snow shoes, etc., etc. Ample distance between cabins affords privacy. Hiking trails abound with maps / directions provided. Amazing experience.

We shared 2 cabins among eight friends for 4 nights and had a fabulous time. The cabins had the perfect amount of space our group, and we enjoyed the lovely and comfortable furnishings and gas fireplace. The hosts provided us with everything we might possibly need for our stay including extra items which were especially useful for our winter trip like spikes for our boots, snowshoes, flashlights. And I must also report that everything was sparkling clean.

Excellent accommodations and guest service. Warm and helpful staff. We didn't expect the quality and cleanliness of the facilities and all the modern conveniences at a cabin the woods of Ripton, VT. We loved it! Very dog friendly. Would be a wonderful place to go at any time of the year.

We had a very nice stay and highly recommend. The Owners Marty & Carol have thought of every detail and left no stone unturned. The compound is very well managed and maintained. We stayed in cabin # 2, but they all look nice. Beautiful walks around there in the snow.

What can I say but just a perfect place to stay! Marty and Carol have created a perfect cozy idyllic place in the Mts of Vermont. They really have thought of every little detail for their guests. We stayed in cabin 7. The cabin was immaculate. It had a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, fireplace, reading nook, wi-fi, tv, screened porch, and bathroom with tub/shower. Looking out our kitchen window was even warm and cozy. Also a short walk away is the “Loft”common area, where there is a 6- person outdoor hot tub, upstairs inside the loft you’ll find games, books, dvd’s, small workout area, tv, coffee, tea, in a cozy setting. Also I can’t forget those cinnamon twists delivered to your front door on the first morning of your stay….they are delicious. The cabins are close to winter activities and trails and Middlebury Vt is close by for dining. Thank You Marty and Carol for such a welcoming stay, we can’t wait to return. Angela and Paul…
