Front desk, Valet (Super Mario) and Restaurant workers are the best. Food was great at 1825 the service was wonderful people at the front desk were funny and very friendly. We were in room 508 and it looks like one of the sprinklers is missing something.

The staff was very friendly and outgoing fro. check-in to check-out Super Mario and the valet staff were absolutely wonderfu and were helpful to me finding walkable activities and delicious food options in the area. The staff at 1885 were helpful and very pleasant. I will definitely stay again with no hesitation.

Super Mario, car attendant extraordinare, was the highlight of an otherwise unremarkable trip. Although paying for the valet parking was the only option. Hidden charges and not a free breakfast, as advertised. Room was comfortable and quiet with friendly maids.

Super Mario was such a great valet! The whole service experience was really quite quick and he was so very kind with great advice about Richmond! Busy hotel so wouldnât have been surprised if the service had taken a lot longer, what a nice surprise!

A man named Super Mario was our valet and was amazing! He loaded all of our bags into our van with such care and precision, he was a pro! Everyone at the hotel was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Amazing staff at this hotel! Very professional! Everything was clean!! Would definitely stay at this hotel again!!
