Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Richmond Innsbrook

I did not catch her name, but the lady that puts the breakfast together was one of the nicest, friendliest people I have met. She is a great representative of your organization. I hope someone on the management team acknowledges what a gem they have in her.

Very well lit compound. City of Richmond recommended them on their website hence I gave it a try and was nit disappointed. Compound cameras were an excellent concept for vehicle safety. Then, all items in the market area were listed with pricing. Small items but very civilized. In your room, you will find the remote control for the TV was in a plastic cover...Overall I was pleased with the proximity to major attractions and overall experience. Front desk was very nice and professional as well. Thank you for making my 2 day trip a pleasant experience.

Very easy check in. Young lady behind the counter was pleasant, polite, eager to be helpful. The room was very nice! Clean and spotless. Water pressure was excellent and hot water was hot! All in all an excellent hotel! Iʻll be staying at this place sgain the next time Iʻm in Richmond! Highly recommend! BTW, the restaurants in this area are all in Broad Street, about five minutes away! Highly recommend the Silver Diner but there are plenty of non chain restaurants on Broad Street!

The hotel was clean. Breakfast was good. The lobby was nice. That makes it an okay place to stay. On the other hand, the pool was so dirty it was unsuitable for swimming, the gym was out of order and the double room was small. It was disappointing to not be able to use any of the amenities during our two night stay.

The staff were above and beyond kind and accommodating. Our welcome from Tori and Kathy at the front desk was fantastic. We arrived well before our check in time, and they provided us an impressive folder of things to do in the area while we waited. They also took our number and called as soon as a room became available - amazing and so appreciated. This was followed by a member of kitchen staff who was cleaning the breakfast area. I stopped for a cup of coffee and they were so nice - this was past the breakfast time, but she made a point of asking if I needed anything. This soft landing made the long travel to arrive well worth it!
