Hampton Inn & Suites Springdale Zion National Park

Upscale Hampton, right on the bus line for Zion National Park. Big rooms, top notch courtyard/pool/spa. The only thing I missed was cut fruit at breakfast. Fitness center has good equipment in good condition. Staff was friendly and attentive. Room was cleaned/refreshed for a 2-night stay. Thanks to Natalie and Jennifer at the front desk!

Poppy was tremendous in getting us checked in and ready; very courteous and efficient. The room was clean, well decorated, and spacious. Bathroom was okay, nothing to write home about, but grateful they use refillable shampoo/conditioner. Would certainly recommend.

Poppy was so friendly checking us in. This hampton inn is the nicest hampton ever! The pool was a bit cold in april, but the kids still swam and loved it! Hot tub was very much needed and hit the spot post hike. Everyone poolside was great convos and family friendly.

We stayed here for two nights. Rachael at the front desk was super helpful understanding. Thank you Rachael! The hotel was clean, quiet and comfortable. And the location of the hotel is great, within walking distance of shops and restaurants.

Not everything went smoothly, but the staff tried their best to fix it. We booked an accessible room, but we got a normal one and we had to wait a long time before they fixed it. Fortunately we got the one we booked. We booked the hotel because of the pool and the accessible lift to get in the pool. Unfortunately it didn't work, but they really tried to get it working for me. Overall the staff was really friendly and it is a Beautiful hotel.
