We stayed 3 nights at this motel and because we're always looking for the best bang for our buck, I'd say this one did a good job. The staff was very accommodating and courteous. We requested extra pillows, and that the bed be remade daily with fresh towels and trash emptied. All were done. We had numerous problems with room key cards, and had them replaced multiple times. The door to the parking lot was not secure, often open, and impossible to open with a key card. The Continental breakfast was not healthy enough for our needs, so we passed. But we were pleased with the coffee and real Half 'n Half. The bathroom vent fan was either not working or was nonexistent. The bed was very comfortable, we slept well, and overall, we were pleased with our stay.

Filthy, falling apart, full of crack heads and people on drugs, the side doors don't even lock so there are people smoking and doing drugs in the hallways. This place should be condemned. The room they tried to give me didn't even have working power in half of it and they said it was fine! They key wouldn't even open the door! We waited 2 hours for them to fix it while we called Expedia for help and the staff didn't even try to do anything about it. During that time we could hear the crackheads fighting in the next room. There was someone on drugs in the lobby and the staff just shrugged and said she's fine. Then a train came by and the whole room shook so bad stuff fell down off the table. The mold in the room was so bad that I couldn't breathe immediately upon walking in (mixed with the smoke and other weird drug smells). Everything was covered in stains, torn, holes in the walls, and really unsavory people wandering throughout the parking lot and hallways the whole time I was waiting. When I told the staff I would not be staying, they tried to tell me I was lying and then as I was taking pictures of the people smoking inside the side door for Expedia, the hotel manager tried to run there before I got there. I mean just absolutely horrible, I cannot believe that Choice Hotels allows this place to use their brand and shame on any sites for listing this as a viable hotel.

I could give zero stars I would. We checked into the hotel around 530 today. I had a reservation for the entire Weekend for my daughter and I. Get up to the room and it smells like somebody died in there. I’m not even kidding! I sprayed a whole bunch of perfume to make it bearable. We also noticed that there was a huge gap on the side of the door & homeless people everywhere, My daughter and I sat down on the bed and we both got itchy instantly. I always check the beds when we are at hotels to make sure that there’s no bedbugs and there was not any sign of them so that was good. One star not! We were in the hotel for maybe 30 minutes most of which we were just chilling on the bed because we’ve been in the car for six hours and we’re both very tired from the day. I decided let’s go sit in the hot tub super risky on that right? After looking at the dirt on my feet from walking around on the filthy carpet, I had had enough. I contacted Expedia to see if they could refund my Saturday night because we were going to be leaving They contacted the hotel manager, who then asked for me to come to the. He came up to my room and said it smells good in here. I said no kidding , sir. I just sprayed half a bottle of freaking perfume so that we could breathe in here! He proceeded to tell me that the door was secure, I said yeah that’s why you can see directly into my room and you can push it open. I said I do not feel safe here I have my 13-year-old daughter daughter and myself and we do not feel safe bottom line. He got pretty pissy with me after I pointed out that there was a bug in the fridge. I told him we’re done we’re leaving. I proceeded to go to the desk to check out and ask for my receipt. He refused to give to me. This hotel is a joke! Your top priority should be that your customers feel safe and valued. We felt neither of those things. I have the entire incident recorded my daughter filmed every bit of it. Expedia once again contacted the front desk who said that there was nothing they were going to do for me. I was just basically out of $180. I think you’d be better off sleeping in your car than this slum hotel! You should be ashamed of yourself!!! My daughter and I now have nowhere to sleep tonight!! Our home is being renovated and we cannot go home until Sunday. Guess it’s a good thing I’ve got a car. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

When I walked into this hotel I immediately noticed how bad it stunk. On top of that my room smelt worse then anywhere in the hotel smelt like mold, and there were stains all on my bedsheets and the floors were sticky. wouldn't recommend at all.

This hotel is very run down. The shower door had holes in it from the towel bar missing, cracks in the sink, holes I. The curtain and no hot food for breakfast- too many items plugged in at the same time. I would advise a hard pass on this hotel.
